1、船舶进出港须知Instruction for operation of inbound or outbound ship1 .总那么General Rule1.1. 为确保船舶进出港平安，特制定本公司船舶进出港平安须知。This rule is for ensuring safe berthing and departure本须知适用公司所经营管理的船舶。This rule is applicable for all ships managed by company.2 .抵港前的准备Preparation before arrival port2.1. 抵港前船长应认真审阅有关港口航道资料，

2、部署平安考前须知，提前做好对主机、舵 机及助航设备的检查试验，各部门按SMI-0309船舶抵港前检查清单的内容进行检查， 将检查结果填写在航海日志和轮机日志上，以确保设备正常使用。Before arrival port, captain should check the information about port and waterway, lay out safety precaution, inspect and test main engine, steering gear, navigation-assistance set. All department check based o

3、n SMI-0309 check list before port arrival, fill in the result in deck log book and engine log book to ensure equipment can work normally.2.2. 船长要认真审阅海图并在海图上划定航线，对重要转向点、危险区要标出可利用目标、方 位和距离。Captain should verify the chart in earnest and designate the route in chart. Should mark available object, positi

4、on and distance for important turning point and dangerous area.2.3. 了解港口锚地潮流、水深、底质及船舶密度，及早备妥双锚，遇紧急情况需抛锚时， 必须注意有无海底电缆及水下障碍物，防止发生丢锚失链及损坏水下海底设施。Understand tide, current, water depth, seabed character and ship density. Preparing for two anchors, in emergency, should drop anchor. But should notice unders

5、ea cable and underwater obstacle and prevent anchor losing or damage undersea installation.2.4. 值班驾驶员要按船长指示备好车舵，假设申请有引航员引航时，那么还应准备妥引水梯及 其属具，确保引航员上下船平安。Duty officer should stand by engine and helm as captain s order. Should prepare for pilot ladder and appurtenance to ensure pilot safety if pilot is

6、needed.2.5. 无线电操作员应及时抄收所在港口及附近的航行警告、气象预报，并及时提请船长注.音.jQj、ORadio officer should in time receive port and near navigational warning, weather forecast and remind captain in time.2.6. 开启助航仪器，使之处于良好使用状态，驾驶员要勤于观察，善于观测，要熟练掌握 雷达的功能、性能及其局限性，正确发挥雷达的导航功能，发现问题立即报告船长。Turn on navigation-assistance instrument and m

7、ake them in good order. Duty officer should observe frequently, measure, mastery the function, performance and limitations of radar. Should utilize the navigation function of radar and report to captain when find problem.3 .进出港Berthing or departure3.1. 船舶进出港时船长要在驾驶台亲自指挥。引航员引航时船长不能放弃职责，船长有权 纠正引航员的错误指

8、令，必要时可接过指挥权，值班驾驶员要密切注意操舵水手执行命 令的情况，发现错误及时纠正。Captain should command in bridge by himself when vessel gets into or out of port. Pilot commanding ship docs not give up captain s responsibility. Captain has right to correct pilot s wrong order. If necessary, captain should take over command. Duty office

9、r should heed execution condition of AB steering gear and correct in time if find fault.32 港口水域航行时要使用港内规定航速，要严格遵守分道通航制。In port should navigate with the speed as stipulated by port authority. Should strictly comply with Traffic Separation Scheme.3.3.引航员上船后，船长应向引航员介绍本船的操纵性能及特点，并主动向引航员询问航道、泊位及靠离泊要求。Aft

10、er pilot on board, captain should introduce ship s steering performance and characteristic, Proactive enquiry the pilot about the requirement of waterway, berth and berthing/unberthing. 3.4.进出港时假设主机发生故障，需要减速停车时，值班轮机员应立即报告驾驶台，由船长 根据航道港区情况，决定措施后通知机舱，防止引发其它事故。If reducing and stopping engine is needed d

11、ue to main engine failure in port, duty engineer should report to bridge immediately. Based on the condition of port and water way, the captain should decide measure and inform engine room to avoid raising other accident.3.5. 进出港时，应在指定频道守听VHF,协同与进出口船舶的避让动作和接受港口主管机 关的指导。When berthing or departure, ke

12、ep watch designated VHF channel, coordinate to keep clear, receive port authorities instruction.3.6. 船舶进出港要严格执行“驾驶台规那么”始终保持驾驶台安静和正常工作秩序。When ship gets into or out of port, should comply strictly with “Bridge Rule and keep silence and normal work order in bridge.3.7. 离港前要做好对各舱口盖密封的检查，并对船舶进行全面检查，严防发生油污染。 Before departure port, should inspect watertightness of hatch cover, inspect overall ship to prevent oil pollution.4. i己录 Record.船舶离港前检查清单Check List for Departure Port.船舶抵港前检查清单Check List for Arrival Port.航海日志，轮机日志Deck logbook , Engine logbook
