1、工商管理(本)-深圳华凯百货万豪店员工绩效管理问题及对策摘 摘要 员工绩效管理体系的完善对于企业的发展至关重要,对员工进行绩效管理可以使员工保持良好的工作看法,提高员工的工作主动性,在肯定程度上约束员工的行为,提升员工的工作凝合力。本文以深圳华凯百货万豪店为探讨对象,结合绩效管理相关理论学问,对其绩效管理的实行状况进行视察与深化分析,从绩效管理体制的制定、目标与要求、过程与保障、沟通与反馈等方面对百货绩效考核可能存在的问题进行分析,并依据问题提出具有针对性的对策。本文认为,深圳华凯百货万豪店员工绩效管理存在对绩效管理相识不到位、绩效考核过程不受重视、绩效考核结果不被认可、绩效考核结果反馈不刚好
2、的问题。为了使深圳华凯百货万豪店在绩效管理上有所发展,改善其在考核中所存在的问题,本文针对不同问题提出了相应的优化方案。主要包括正确相识绩效考核的作用、高度重视绩效考核的作用、规范绩效考核过程,按考核结果做出决策、企业应进行刚好有效的绩效反馈四个对策。关键词:绩效管理绩效考核绩效反馈Abstract The improvement of the employee performance management system is crucial to the development of the enterprise.
