9、 (then signature and chop)【延长阅读】对于受限制国家，外国人来访一般须要出具官方邀请函。所谓官方邀请函，首先须要邀请单位，在当地(区)外事办公室申领申请外国人入境审批表(见附件)，并照实填写。一. 审批表的内容及填写：1. 受邀单位及地址。填写留意：中英文比照，外国单位名称与地址，需自己翻译，主要是供外办审核参考。2. 被邀请人信息填写：根据护照信息填写3. 入境信息填写：拟入境日期(请留意：外办办理一般须要3个工作日后，请在出具机票行程单时，留意入境日期需在预料申领到签证通知表后)，停留时间(需与机票行程单来回日期一样)，入出境次数(一般为1)，入境后前往地点(你公

10、司所在城市)，签证机关(客户所在国中国大使馆，如：中国驻孟加拉大使馆)4. 在华事由及费用负担填写：一般写商务考察，或验收等，费用写明由谁担当(示例：来邀请单位验收向其选购的设备，期间差旅费用及其他相关费用由受邀人自己担当)4. 邀请单位名称地址，经办人及联系电话等。5. 邀请单位法人(负责人)签字盖章6. 所在地外办或主管部门看法，须要到当地(一般是行政区，或附属市)外办签字盖章，届时需携带全部通知表须要的材料，下面一一说明。7. 审批机关看法。一般须要到地级市外办申请最终的签证通知表(邀请函)。二.一般随审批表交付外办审核签发邀请函所须要的材料：1. 一式三份照实填写的申请外国人入境审批表

11、2. 请示(格式见附件)3. 担保函(格式见附件)4. 双方营业执照复印件(邀请单位及受邀单位)5. 业务往来证明(双方之间合同，发票，提单等。留意：双方未有业务往来的状况下，外办一般不签发邀请函，此时需打算材料说明，比如报价书，客户公司的状况简介等，以劝服外办。)6. 受邀单位的银行信用担保(或资信证明)，(格式见附件)7. 来访人员的护照复印件(有以往中国入出境记录的，请供应复印件)8. 机票订单(由航空公司和旅行社出具的正本最好，假如不行，在线预订网站，订单打印出来也可)9. 在华期间住宿订单，一般邀请单位可以自行供应，只要入住日期与你来访日期一样即可。各国家受限制程度不同，因此须要供应
