4、f food science and engineering, Food Equipment and Control mainly introduces the principles, functions and technology of food equipments which are widely used in food factories. Besides, it also introduces the basic principles of electrical control, test and the instrument functions of the ordinary
5、food equipments. Through Food Equipment and Control, the students will know the main structures, operating principles, transmission principles and the characteristics of the ordinary food equipments. The students will learn to compare, choose and use the food equipments, and how to deal with the tro
6、ubles. It will lay a firm foundation of engineering design in students future study.
