And he/she should communicate with the clerk at the front desk first and make sure he/she can get the right rooms, then he/she should help the tour leader distribute the rooms, certainly, before sh
3、owing the room keys to guests, the guide should remind them of the necessary information of the rest arrangement.Basic Procedure (5 分钟)1. Help the tourists check in and introduce them to the locations of the main facilities of the hotel.2. Help the tour leader put the room numbers on the luggage and
4、 have the luggage sent to the rooms as soon as possible.3. If the tourists have some problems, inform the floor attendant immediately and actively assist them in solving the problems.4. Introduce hotel dining facilities, remind the dining locations of the first dinner and breakfast.5. Announce the a
5、rrangements for the day or the next day, and inform the tourists the room number and telephone numbers of the local guide, national guide and the tour leader.Part 1.
