1、高考英语学习提升课堂：地点状语从句等4种状语从句 讲义地点状语从句和原因状语从句1、地点状语从句(Adverbial Clause of Place )表示地点、方位的状语从句叫地点状语从句，可以由where , wherever , anywhere , everywhere , nowhere来引导，可放在主句之前或之后。1) where引导的地点状语从句表示特定地点：例 1 : He lives where there is a bookstore.他住的地方附近有书店。表示抽象意义：例 1 : Where there is a will, there is away.有志者事竟成。区分

2、where引导的定语从句和where引导的地点状语从句：where引导定语从句时，从句前应该有一个表示地点的名词作先行词，而状语 从句那么不用。比拟：We will start where we stopped. ( where 作附属连词，引导地点状 语从句)We will start from the place where we stopped.where作关系副词，引导定语从句，修饰先行词the place2 ) wherever , anywhere , everywhere , nowhere 弓I导的地点状语从句例 1 : He would go anywhere I go.我去

3、哪儿，他就去哪儿。2、原因状语从句(Adverbial Clause of Cause )原因状语从句指在句中用来说明主句原因的从句,常用的引导词有：because（因 为）,as（因为）since （既然）,now that（既然）,in that（因为）,seeing that（鉴于）, considering that（考虑到）1） because , as , since引导原因状语从句,表示因为或既然。例 1 : I was punished because I was late.因为我迟到了，所以受了惩罚。例 2 : She might need some help as shes

4、 new.因为她是新来的，所以她可能需要一些帮助。）例 3 : Since you wont talk to me, Ill talk to someone else.你既然不跟我说话，我跟别人说去。（2 ） now that , in that , seeing that , considering that 弓I导原因状语从句now that表示既然，常用于口语，指的是双方对话时，提到的事正在 发生或刚发生过（that可以省略）。例 1 :Now （that） you mentioned it, he did seem to be in a strange mood. 既然你说到这事儿，他

5、确实情绪不太对。in that表示原因在中，常用于正式表达。例 1 : She was lucky in that her friend helped her out.她很幸运，因为她朋友帮她了一把。seeing that表示鉴于；由于。例:Seeing that the house is too expensive, he is unlikely to buy it.鉴于这个房子太贵，他不太可能买它。considering that表示考虑到 （that可省略）。例:Considering （that） shes just a beginner, she learns quite fast.

6、鉴于她还是个初学者，她学得还挺快的了。because, as, since, for都可以表示因为,它们之间的区别:（1 because作为附属连词，表示直接原因，一般用来回答why的提问。例 1 : They went to prison because they violated the law.他们因犯法而入狱。例 2 : It is because I like English that I keep practicing it everyday.正是因为我喜欢英语，我才每天坚持练习。例 3 : She believes in him, not because he is smart

7、but (because) he is loyal.她信任他，不是因为他聪明，而是因为他忠诚。(注意：只有because可以用在强调结构it is because.that中;只有because 前面可以加not来表强调。)(2 ) since作为附属连词，核心意思是自从以来，突出的是时间先后， 表示看到一个显而易的事实以后，根据这个事实(原因)来做下一步打算(结果)。例:Since I was in the area, Id better stop by and see her.既然已经到了这个地方，我就该顺便去看看她。(3) as作为附属连词，意思是正因如此，表示大家都道的事实。例:As

8、nobody wants to make friends with him, he felt lonely.正因为没人原意和他交朋友，他觉得很孤单。(4 ) for表因为时，是并列连词，用来引出摆在眼前的因素，放在句 中，是书面用语。例:It must have rained, for the ground is wet.(并歹U句)刚刚肯定下雨了，因为地是湿的。方式状语从句和比拟状语从句1、方式状语从句(Adverbial Clause of Manner)多用来谈论某人的行为和做事 的方式,常常由as , as if和as though弓|导。1 )as引导的方式状语从句，表示按照方式、正

9、如”。例 1 : He did as I had asked.他按照我的要求做的。例 2 : Draw a cat as I taught you.照我教你的画一只猫。2 )as if和as though引导的方式状语从句as if和as though表示好像，仿佛。例 1 : She looks as if/though shes angry.她看起来好像生气了。He brought the luggage as if/though he would not walk.他提着行李，好像不愿走路似的。如果as if/as though引导的从句是主句+系动词的结构，且该主语和主句逻 辑主语一致

10、，可省略主语+系动词。例 1 : He left the room as if (he was) in anger.他离开了房间，好像生气了。彳列 2 : She paused as if(she was)waiting for him to speak.她停下来，好像在等他说话。例 3 : He stood up as if (he was) to say something important.他站起来，好像要说重要的事。3 ) the way引导的方式状语从句，表示按照方式”例 1 : D。the way you are told.按照吩咐去做。例 2 : Im talking to y

11、ou just the way Id talk to a boy of my own.我和你说话就象和自己孩子说话一样.2、比拟状语从句(Adverbial Clause of Comparison )主要运用于形容词和副词 的原级、比拟级及最高级的句子之中，包括同级比拟和差级比拟。(1)同级比拟常用as.as , the same表示和一样;not as/so.as结构,表示不如。例 1 : You speak English as well as she does.你和她英语说得一样好。例 2 : He doesnt speak English as/so well as you do.他

12、英语没你说得好。例3 : His voice is not as good as yours.（这句话不是复合句结构）他的声音没你的好听。例 4、The problem is as simple as I thought.这个问题和我想的一样简单。例 5、He made as much progress as I expected.他的进步和我预想的一样大。例 6 : This is the same as I thought.这和我想的一样。例7 : The computer is same as mine.（这句话不是复合句，as页不是连词,而 是介词）这个电脑和我的一样。2）差级比拟常用

13、more.than.结构,表示比。例：He runs faster than I do.他跑得比我快。比拟状语从句如果用省略结构，than后面接人称代词时，人称代词用宾格。例：He is smarter than I am.=He is smarter than me.他比我聪明。两个不同的人或物在同一方面的比拟，为了防止重复，常用that或those来代替 主语。例 1 : The weather in Beijing is colder than that in Guilin.（这句话不是复合句，than也不是连词，而是介词）北京的天气比桂林的天气冷。例 2 : The apartments in Beijing are more expensive than those in Guilin.（这 句话不是复合句,than也不是连词，而是介词）北京的房子比桂林的贵。
