6、 也将呈现上升态势，“气温每升高两摄氏度，全国的强奸案发案率就上升1%”。一年中什么时候强奸案发案率最高？答案是8月晚上7点到次日早上6点。为什么夏天的强奸案多呢？王大伟说，夏天女性穿的衣服少、露、透，再有就是睡觉时 不关窗户；还有夏天日照时间长，晚上7点多钟女孩还敢上街，所以危险也就大。而一天 之中的晚上7点到次日早上6点。这一段时间是整个黑夜，这时的性侵害案件也多，“8月 的晚上7点到次日早晨的6点更是性侵害案件的高发期，我们称其为双重高发。”王大伟 表示，每年的这个时间段，女性都应多加小心，早点回家。那夏天的强奸案多到什么程度呢？ “气温每升高两摄氏度,跟着全国的强奸案发案率就 会上升1
