20、坏，这主要表现为不合理垦植引起的水土流失、土地沙漠化、土地次生盐碱化及土壤污染等，而其中水 土流失尤为严峻，乃当今世界面临的又一个严峻危机。据估计，世界耕地的表土流失量约为230亿吨/年。有人认为酸雨是一场无声无息的危机，而且是有史以来冲击我们最严峻的环境威逼，是一个看不见的敌人。这并非危言耸听。随着工业化和能源消费增多，酸性排放物也日益增多，它们进入空气中，经过一系列作用就形成了酸雨。赤潮虽然自古就有，但随着工农业生产的快速发展，水体污染日益加重，赤潮也日趋严峻。我国自1933年首次报道以来，至1994年共有194次较大规模的赤潮，其中60年头以前只有4次，1990年后则有157起。石油类污
