6、th fixed mindsets,those with growth mindsets believe they can improve their abilities by learning from their mistakes.Another potential alternative to perfectionism is to develop self-compassion(自我同情).The idea behind self-compassion is that you should treat yourself kindly when you make mistakes,rem
