1、2023年人力资源经理 职位描述 人力资源总监 职位描述: 中文描述 | 英文描述 1.高层管理职位,协助决策层制定公司发展战略,负责其功能领域内短期及长期的公司决策和战略,对公司中长期目标的达成产生重要影响; 2.全面统筹规划人力资源开发及战略管理,拟定人力资源规划方案,并监督各项计划的实施; 3.建立并完善人力资源管理体系,研究、设计人力资源管理模式(包含招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬及员工发展等体系的全面建设),制定和完善人力资源管理制度; 4.向公司决策层提供人力资源、组织机构等方面的建议并致力于提高公司综合管理水平,控制人力资源成本; 5.及时处理公司管理过程中的重大人力资源问 1.Posi

3、nd long term objectives; 2.to make an overall plan for the human resources development and strategies management, to draft the human resources planning schemes and to supervise the implementation thereof; 3.to establish and perfect the human resources management system, to study on and design the hu
4、man recourses management modes (including the overall establishment of such systems as the recruitment, training, performance, salaries and employees development) and to formulate and perfect the human resources management system; 4.to bring forward proposals in terms of such iues as the human resou
5、rces and organizational structure and to devote himself/herself to improving the level of the Companys comprehensive management and controlling the human resources costs; 5.to handle the material human resources iues in the course of the Companys management in a timely manner and to direct the emplo
6、yees for their career planning; 6.to be responsible for the construction of the Companys culture as a whole. 任职资格 1、人力资源管理或相关专业本科以上学历; 2、五年以上行政人事管理经验,三年以上人力资源总监或人力资源部经理工作经验; 3、了解现代企业人力资源管理模式和实践经验积累,对人力资源管理各个职能模块均有较深入的认识,熟悉国家相关的政策、法律法规; 4、很强的计划性和实施执行的能力;有亲和力,很强的激励、沟通、协调、团队领导能力,责任心、事业心; 5、具备良好的人际交往能力、
7、组织协调能力、沟通能力以及解决复杂问题的能力。 人力资源经理 岗位职责 1、中层管理职位,负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划,制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度; 2、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估; 3、负责公司人力资源战略的执行; 4、规划、指导、监督、协调下属及员工的聘用、福利、培训、绩效、员工关系等管理工作; 5、负责人力资源内部的组织管理; 6、分析相关资料,进行企业人力资源诊断,并对相关政策进行完善。 1.Position of Mid-level Management, to be responsible for the main objectives

10、ources; 6.to analyze relevant materials, to diagnose the Companys human resources and to perfect relevant policies. 任职资格 1、人力资源管理或相关专业大专以上学历; 3、熟悉人力资源招聘、薪酬、绩效考核、培训等规定和流程,熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策; 4、具有较强的语言表达能力、人际交往能力、应变能力、沟通能力及解决问题的能力,有亲和力,较强的责任感与敬业精神; 5、熟练使用常用办公软件及网络应用。 人力资源主管 岗位职责 1、业务主管职位,独立负责工作小组,给下级成员提供指
11、导或支持并监督他们的日常活动; 2、协助上级制定和调整人力资源总体规划与年度实施计划; 3、协助上级修订公司相关人力资源管理制度; 4、传达人力资源管理政策,方向以及实施方法,并收集反馈信息,进行分析; 5、负责建立规范化管理制度、人员档案的建立、健全与完善; 6、监督、指导、执行人力资源管理各模块工作的开展。 1.Position of Busine Supervisor, to be solely in charge of the working group and to direct or support his/her subordinates and supervise their
