24、ngfulpracticeactivities.AdvantagesTheclassroomconsistingofacquisitionactivitiescanbeanexcellentenvironmentforbeginners.Comprehensibleandmeaningfulpracticeactivitiesareemphasized.Theteachercreatesspeecheswhichenablestudentstointeractusingthetargetlanguage.AdvantagesStudentsarenotforcedtorespondinthet

25、argetlanguageimmediately.Studentsinteractinmeaningfulsituationattheirownlevel.Theteacherknowsstudentsneedsandconcentratesonappropriateandusefulareas.Disadvantages(1)Studentsmayusethetargetlanguagefluently,buttheymaynotuseitaccurately.(2)Teachershavetocollectvariousteachingaidsandusethemappropriately.(3)Itsimplyborrowstechniquesfromothermethods.(4)Thereisnothingnovelaboutitsproceduresandtechniques.(5)Therearestillmanyproblemsintheresearchmethod.
