1、2023年英语专业英语教师英语实习报告2000字 Internship report .Purpose I undertook my profeional practice as a student teacher from April7, 2023in the Light Industry Vocational College.Now it is a medium of career technical college who obtains engineering coursed, finance, and art major eight of which has been list in

2、 national light industry as important major.Since the establishment of the Institute, it adheres to the correct direction of positive teaching and fully implements the partys education policy to the service industry.It aims at serving the local economic and social development.Basing on light and fac

3、ing Henan, the Light Industry Vocational College goes with the development of the road to build a higher level college.Education in the largest sense is an act or experience that has a formative effect on the mind, character or physical ability of an individual.In technical sense, education is the p

4、roce by which society deliberately transmits its accumulated knowledge, skills and values from one generation to another.From this experience, on the one hand, I wanted to test my knowledge learnt in claes and from certain kinds of books.So I returned to my previous middle school to be an English te

5、acher with the purpose to know about my shortcomings which I would learnt from and made progre by correcting them.I wanted to learn from this practice.On the other hand, I am always interested in teaching, especially in English teaching.As the result of this interest, I wanted to learn more about te

6、aching methods and nature of students from experienced and respected English teacher Ms.Wang.With these two purposes, I fulfilled my internship very carefully and patiently.I took notes in every detail and I would finish my internship report based on it.Content The moment we got here, we received a

7、comprehensive training about this filed, our responsibility and how to make ourselves competent enough to fill this position.The leader Mr.li arrange us to different cla and as for me, I will teach four cla and every cla has two claes in one week. All my work during this period can be divided into t

8、hree parts according to my different roles.First of all, I acted as a student by attending Ms.Wangs claes and getting on with students.In the following part, I will tell every detail of these three parts of my job. As a student, I attended English cla.I wanted to learn different teaching methods fro

9、m different teachers. Of all the leons I attended, English was of the most importance to me. At Light Industry Vocational College, teachers and leaders wanted to improve the self-discipline and abilities to learning by themselves of students.So they created a new method which was used for the studen

10、ts to preview the following leons by themselves. This method focuses on a paper which lists main questions of the new leons for students to find right answers during the proce of previewing.The students can learn from this proce of finding answers to the questions and gain new knowledge by themselve

11、s.If they have questions, they can also write them down on this paper.Teachers will check the paper and take notes of the questions to explain them during claes.Then the students can summarize main points of this leon.During the claes, teachers talk and write le than before while kids can communicat

12、e their collected main points more with each other. This paper is called “Daoxuean” in Chinese which I translate into “leading-into-cla paper”.From my perspective, this method is of great usage.I usually finished the paper the day before I would attend the next days leons.I could know a lot of infor

13、mation about the new leons.If I had questions, I wrote them down and other students could help me find the answers.If none of the students knew the answers, this question would be very helpful.Because this question was the one which could make all of the students gain new knowledge and make progre.T

14、he teacher will deal with the question with other teachers and then explain to the cla in every detail. As a student, I found this paper was very great.It was a bridge between teachers and students. From my point of view, this paper has two main functions.On the one hand, students can learn the new

15、leons by themselves with the help of “leading-into-cla paper”.It can help improve their ability to study by themselves.As we all know, Chinese students are really weak in this point.It is a fact that education is a life-long task even without others supervising.So learning by oneself is of great sig

16、nificance.On the other hand, teachers can know about the difficult points and questions of the new leons.It can help them to know where they should explain very patiently and carefully.It can save those lots of time and energy. Of course this paper also has its shortages.And I will talk about them i

17、n the last part of my internship report. Then I played a role between a student and a teacher.First, I came to the school without knowing the basic situation of this school, also did not pay much attention to the importance of the role of students in my teaching activities.I started leading to read

18、new words and then analysis the article like my teacher and quickly paed the materials, managed to keep the claroom vivid It seemed that all of this is perfect but I neglected the reaction of my students to the points.During the rest time, a student of mine cla came to me and asked me to explain in

19、a slower way and at that time, I am conscious of the level they got in English.After that I stated to refer to maintain more basic knowledge of English.In addition, I found one of the reasons they cant follow me is they didnt prepare leons before cla.Im on the platform and say it is neceary for a fr

20、eshman to prepare the teaching content” at that time I remember my teacher had told us these words again and again.After school, I listened to the students reaction.I speak oral English in whole cla but most students cant understand the lecture, but other aspects are ok.When I came back to office, M

21、r.peng told me that the situation of these students.Although a few of their students began to learn English from primary school, but because of primary school even junior high school education condition is poor.From hardware and software facilities are not a relatively high levels, and without sound

22、 lab, no multimedia facilities, and oral English teachers, their English study only emphasize an examination of the time have a good score, almost completely ignore listening to English ability and the ability to speak English, so, taught by the all England when teaching, students cant adapt. When s

The most important thing I found in this period was that they were creative at the beginning, but since

26、teachers made standard answers or qualities for them, children killed their own ideas to follow teachers and then formed similar answers to the same questions.For example, there was a blank in “I felt_because I failed to pa the exam”.Some students wrote “upset”.They were lucky enough to fill rightly

27、 While others used an “unhappy” to fill in this blank.They were wrong and would lose marks.How terrible! Why were these “unhappy” students wrong? Just because the standards answer was “upset”? Therefore, I want to give some pieces of respected teachers.Our children are quite creative and clever.Diff

28、erent views of points can bring us different answers to the same question.Nothing is totally right or wrong.We should protect and respect our students creativity and variety.Only by allowing different answers, can we encourage out students to create and invent new things.Children are the future of a

29、 nation.If they are creative, they can make our nation stronger.Their variety can make our lives more colorful.Please be careful before giving them marks” ”s. Thus, I come to the conclusion that understanding and analysis of the students practice, seeking truth from facts, according to the concrete

30、analysis, the effect of teaching has direct influence.In education, at the same time to prepare for teaching students, a theory in my teaching practice have been proved. .Gains First, teaching is teaching and learning, the two are related to each other and indivisible, has instructed to be scholars.

31、Students are taught by the main body.Therefore, understanding and analyzing students situation, at the succe of teaching is very important.Second, in the teaching activities, preparing is an eential, very important link to students.Fully preparing will seriously affect the claroom atmosphere and stu

First of all, I want to talk about my problems.I am really weak

41、in practice and knowledge.So I must gain as much knowledge as poible.Compared to others, I still have a long way to go. Then I found the school also has some problems. On the one hand, the “leading-into-cla paper” emphasizes too much on students.However, as they are young, theyre not as self-discipl

42、ined as we expect.So in my opinion, school should divide the students into different claes according to their study habits instead of their marks.
