A fixed mindset means believing that your inte

Thinking of my intelligence as fixed makes me really scared of making mistakes and my biggest problem is that I expect everything I do to be perfect. This fear of failure prevents me from trying new things, and I realize that I

11、really need to change this. This is why 1 decided to make a study plan with three main goals.Stop being afraid of making mistakesI am worried about making mistakes, so I often feel shy about speaking and asking questions in class. However, mistakes are an important part of learning, and if we do not

If we play it safe all the time and only do things that we are con
