14、握XX行业务，我每天都提早一个多小时到岗，练习点钞、计划盘、储蓄业务，尽管那时住处离工作单位要坐车1个多小时，但我每天都风雨无阻，特别是冬天，冰天雪地，怕挤不上车，我常常要提早两、三个小时上班，确实是那时起我养成了早到单位的适应，如今每天都是第一个到行里，先清扫卫生，再看看业务书或预备预备一天的工作，也是这个适应，给了我充足的时间学习到更多的业务知识。通过这次的实习，我对个人金融业务有了更为详尽而深入的理解，也是对这几年大学里所学知识的稳固与运用。从这次实习中，我体会到了实际的工作与书本上的知识是有一定间隔的，同时需要进一步的再学习。尽管这次实习的业务多集中于比拟简单的个人金融业务，但是，这协

15、助我更深层次地理解银行个人金融业务的流程提供了极大的协助，使我在银行的根底业务方面，不在局限于书本，而是有了一个比拟全面的理解。针对银行职员这个职位的特点，详细到挫折时，我主动调整心态来舒解压力，遇到挫折时应进展平复分析，从客观、主观、等方面，找出受挫的缘故，采取有效的补救措施。树立一个辩证的挫折观，经常保持自信和乐观的态度，要认识到正是挫折和教训才使我们变得聪明和成熟，正是失败本身才最终造就了成功。学会自我宽慰，能容忍挫折，要心胸坦荡，情绪乐观，发奋图强。擅长化压力为动力，改变内心的压抑状态，以求身心的轻松，重新争取成功，从而让目光面向今后。通过实习的几个多月里，我深感本人的缺乏，我会在以后的工作学习中更加努力，取长补短，需心请教。相信本人会在以后的工作中更加得心应手，表现更加出色!不管是在什么地点任职，都会努力!
