33、绍如何应对本身缺点1、本人太追求完满这个缺乏的提及率差不多最高了，被试者说本人特别追求完满，以致于本人的同事和下级不能忍耐，给其别人带来压力，在今后的工作中应该改正云云。如今每听到这个答案，已经有了犯呕的感受了，更别说对被试会有太多的好感了。被试如此答复，无非是变相夸奖本人，这是“路人皆知”的咨询题。优秀的被试往往不是这么答复，即便真有如此的缺乏，考虑到其提及率，应该也尽量回避了。2、本人性格急躁这个缺乏，乍听起来好似真是个性上的缺点，但听其一解释，又不得不又有点哭笑了。“我性子急，领导布置我工作，本来能够三天完成，我一天就想干完。今后的工作中应该改正”.把本人夸了个天花乱坠。我明白你是从别处

35、官的人，关于这些咨询题早就耳熟能详了，班门弄斧，效果可想而知。在面试官面前谈本人的缺乏，确实是一个有挑战性的咨询题。但做出如此的答复，说明根本不是被试本人本身的办法，而是从别处学来的。因此显得不真实。事实上假如是一个设计的比拟好的面试，被试做出不真实的答复，是不会被评为高分的。因此，假如面试官要求被试谈一下本人的缺乏，依然应该实事求是的答复，而不要去试图掩盖什么。客观的讲，人人都有缺乏，一个自信的人，在答复本人缺乏的时候也会显示出本人的自信，而一个缺乏勇气的人，在说到本人优点的时候，也会暴露出本人的怯弱。如何才能答复好这个咨询题?除实事求是以外，特别重要的一点是你对待本人缺乏的态度以及你平时如何做的?林则徐明白本人易动怒，但他在堂上写了大大的“制怒”以自勉。作为面试官我们可能更看重的是他如何对待本人的易怒弱点的，而不是说这个人爱发脾气，不可救药。
