1、国际贸易合同的价格与付款条款国际贸易合同的价格与付款条款原创2022-11-17 07:48英文合同研究价格与付款条款PRICE AND PAYMENT CLAUSE价格条款在国际货物买卖中直接关系到双方当事人的经济 利益和所承担的风险责任。在国际货物买卖中，合同作价主 要有固定价格，滑动价格和后定价格三种方式，还应密切注 意国际贸易术语的应用。合同中的价格条款的内容包括单价 与总值两部分。规定价格条款时应注意合理确定商品的单价, 防止偏高或偏低，选用适当的贸易术语，争取选择有利的计 价货币，以免遭受币值变动带来的风险。价格条款中要包括计价单位、货币名称、单位价格金额和价格术语。如：USD 1

22、nfirmation irrevocable L/ C in favor of the Seller with / through the bank acceptable to the Seller, one month before the shipment(1)信用证方式：买方应在装运期前/合同生效后日，开出 以卖方为受益人的不可撤销的议付信用证，信用证在装船完 毕后日内到期。Letter of Credit: The Buyer shall,days prior to the time of shipment /after this Contract comes into effect, open an irrevocable Letter of Credit in favor of the Seller. The Letter of Credit shall expire days after the completion of loading ofthe shipment as stipulated.保兑的不可撤消的无追索权的以中国远洋运输公司为受益 人的信用证，合同货物全部货款为美元，凭即期汇票并附运 输单据向装运港的中国银行议付。
