3、要当代大学生是社会的特殊群体,是知识青年的代表,是实现中国梦的主要力量,大学生毕业后职业走向决定着国家未来的发展。然而,大学生面临的就业形势十分严峻。目前,从高校毕业的大学生数量逐年增加,毕业生人数远远大于市场的职业需求,与此同时,大学生面临就业时所产生的压力也日渐增大,因而在面临择业时,往往出现职业规划与决策困难、就业不成功等现象。如何帮助大学生毕业后顺利就业,以及找到理想的、适合自身的职业显得尤为重要。对此,展开对大学生职业心理及职业规划等方面的研究很是关键,也很必要。在分析相关文献的基础上,对情绪智力、职业决策自我效能感及职业规划等概念进行阐述,介绍三者的测量工具及其维度结构,并据此展开
4、对大学生情绪智力、职业决策自我效能感及职业规划三者关系的实证研究。本文以江苏省内全日制本科大一至大四学生作为研究对象,使用情绪智力量表、大学生职业决策自我效能量表和生涯决定量表进行问卷调查,采用描述统计、t检验、单因素方差分析及相关分析等统计方法,分析大学生情绪智力、职业决策自我效能感及职业生涯规划的现状和在人口学变量上的差异,并探讨三者之间的相关关系。结果表明:(1)大学生情绪智力处于中等以上水平,情绪智力较高,在情绪知觉、自我情绪管理、他人情绪管理、利用情绪各方面水平都比较高;大学生情绪智力及其各维度在是否独生子女、专业类别上无显著差异,他人情绪管理在性别上存在显著差异,情绪知觉在年级上存
5、在显著差异。(2)大学生职业决策自我效能感处于中等水平,有待进一步提高,其在自我评价、收集信息、选择目标、制定规划和问题解决各方面能力适中,不分上下;大学生职业决策自我效能感及其各维度在性别、是否独生子女、专业类别、年级上均无显著性差异。(3)大学生职业生涯规划处于中等偏下水平,生涯定向程度较低。大学生对职业规划尚不明确,对自我概念没有清晰的认知,对自身、目标制定与达成以及职业的选择与矛盾的处理没有足够的信心与能力;大学生职业规划及其各维度在性别、是否独生子女、专业类别上不存在显著性差异,自我概念在年级上存在显著性差异。(4)大学生的情绪智力与职业决策自我效能感之间呈显著正相关性;职业规划与情
6、绪智力之间呈显著正相关性;职业规划与职业决策自我效能感之间呈显著正相关性;综上,大学生的情绪智力、职业决策自我效能感与职业规划三者间均存在显著正相关性。关键词:大学生,情绪智力,职业决策自我效能感,职业规划Abstract Contemporary college students are the special group of society, the representatives of knowledge youth and the main force in the realization of the Chinese Dream. The career path of colleg
7、e students after graduation determines the future development of the country. However, the employment situation faced by college students is very grim. At present, the number of college graduates increases year by year, which is far greater than the demand for jobs in the market. In addition, the em
8、ployment pressure of college students is also increasing day by day. When faced with job selection, college students always have difficulties in career planning and career decision-making, and even job failure. How to help college students to work smoothly after graduation, and to find the ideal, su
9、itable careers for their own seems particularly important. In this regard, it is critical and necessary to carry out the research on college students professional psychology and career planning. Based on the analysis of relevant literatures, this paper expounds the concepts of emotional intelligence
10、, career decision-making self-efficacy and career planning, and introduces the measuring tools and their dimensional structures. As a result, we launch an empirical study on the relationship among college students emotional intelligence, career decision-making self-efficacy and career planning.This
11、paper takes the full-time college students in Jiangsu Province as research objects, and uses the Emotional Intelligence Scale, College Students Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale and Career Decision-Making Scale to conduct questionnaire surveys. In this paper, statistical methods such as des
12、criptivestatisticsanalysis, t-test, one-Way ANOVA, correlation analysis, are used to analyze the status quo of college students emotional intelligence, career decision-making self-efficacy and career planning, and the differences in demographic variables, and to explore the related relationship betw
13、een the three. The results show that:(1)College students have higher emotional intelligence and are above average level in emotional intelligence. All levels of college students, such as emotional perception, self-emotional management, emotional management of others, use of emotions, are relatively
14、high. For college students, there is no significant difference in the emotional intelligence and its dimensions in the only child or professional category. There are significant gender differences in the emotional management of college students, and there are significant grade differences in emotion
15、al perception.(2)The college students career decision-making self-efficacy is at a medium level and needs further improvement. College students are moderate in their ability to self-evaluate, collect information, select goals, formulate plans, and solve problems. There is no significant difference i
16、n the gender, the only child, the professional category and the grade in the career decision-making self-efficacy of college students and its dimensions.(3)Career planning for college students is at a lower level. College students are unclear about career planning, have no clear understanding of sel
17、f-concept, and have insufficient confidence and ability in self-development, goal formulation and career selection and contradiction. For college students, there are no significant difference in the career planning and its dimensions in terms of the gender, whether they are only child, and the profe
18、ssional category. College students have significant grade differences in self-concept.(4) There is a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and career decision-making self-efficacy among college students; There is a significant positive correlation between career planning an

20、tudents, emotional intelligence, career decision- making self-efficacy, career planning前言自1999年中国高等教育扩招以来,高等教育发展迅速,高校数量不断增加,高校每年招生人数也仍在大幅上升。截至2016年,我国普通高校共有2596所,其中,普通本科高校达到1237所;全国普通本科高校招生人数达到四百万之多,在校生规模已达到1613万人,普通本科毕业生规模已突破374万人。高等教育大众化进程加快,国家科技、文化实力也因此不断增强,位居世界大国前列。然而,本科高校数量与规模的急剧增加导致了大学生在国内严峻的就
21、业形势,从本科高校毕业的大学生人数远远超过市场的职业需求,出现“多人争一岗”的现象,再加上就业压力日趋增大,大学生在面临择业时,往往会出现职业决策困难、就业不成功等现象。 在如此严峻的就业形势面前,如何顺利就业、找到理想型工作是大学生职业生涯发展中的一大难题。为此,需要我们研究大学生自身与职业的心理特点,从而预测学生的职业规划水平、生涯定向程度,进而帮助学生合理地择业与就业。情绪智力可以体现出大学生自身的心理特点,它是大学生认知评价、调节与管控情绪的能力,对大学生职业行为影响很大。情绪智力高的人往往更容易进行职业选择、职业决策,并容易在职业上取得成功。职业决策自我效能感则可以体现出大学生的职业
22、心理特点,影响着大学生对自己能否胜任某份职业的评估与信心程度。职业决策自我效能感强的人,往往对职业的选择与决策很有信心。而职业规划则是了解自我与职业信息、评估职业信心程度并做出职业选择与决策等一系列过程的统一体。研究大学生情绪智力、职业决策自我效能感与职业规划之间的关系,可以减轻大学生的就业压力,对解决相关的职业问题也有很大帮助。 本研究选取江苏省内全日制本科大一至大四学生作为被试,研究大学生的情绪智力、职业决策自我效能感与职业规划的现状及相关关系,以期大学生重视情绪智力的培养与提高,增强职业决策自我效能感,从而达到对职业的合理规划,找到适合自己的职业。 1文献综述1.1情绪智力1.1.1概念
