1、英语听力提升方法听说读写是学习英语的四大要素，如果听力不好，你掌握的词汇 量再大，语法再精通，也无法有效地跟别人进行英语沟通交流，英语 听力训练主要有如下几种方法：1、学好音标，练好发音所谓听力，无非是听单词、听句子或是听短文，听懂单词是基础, 而要听懂单词，掌握这一单词的发音便是关键。英语里26个字母46 个发音，有元音，有辅音，对我们来说，训练听力，首先要把音标掌 握透彻，至于音标的学习方法网上都有，可以跟着视频一起学。有不 少英语单词读音相近，但意思却截然不同，我们从一开始就要注意区 分和模仿正确的语音和语调，不断改进发音，才能取得快速进步。2、加强诵读，营造语境英语听力不是光听、学音标

2、或是背单词就可以提高的，这些只是 基础。听与说是不能分 的，一个人听的过程实际是另一个人说的过 程。要想快速提高听力水平，一定要自己开口说，多朗读一些英语短 文，如果能够每天坚持背诵一篇提升会更快。3、多听原文，对标找差通过阅读以及英语口语对话，给自己创造英语交流的语言环境。 比如，我们可以多听英文广播，把英语课文、VOA以及BBC对话和 英语短文用手机下载下来反复听，听后自己再反复阅读，可以把自己 读的用手机录制下来，然后进行比对，分析自己在哪方面存在欠缺， 不断地找差距进行完善。在实际的语言环境中练习，才能取得长足的 进步。4、勤于练习，坚持训练语言是一种习惯，没有反复的操练和实践难以产生

3、熟练的技巧。英语听力水平的提高也不是一蹴而就的，必须反复练习，坚持训练， 才能做到轻车熟路。每天可以做一个小练习，听一篇英文短文或VOA 英语，然后把听到的文章复述出来，多听几遍，直到完全掌握为止。5、重复练习，确保应会必会对于每一个听力材料，我们都要学习彻底，不放过提升的机会， 在遇到有我们不会的发音或是听不清楚的连音时，一定要把那段话给 记录下来，下次自己也要按照这样的读法来读，从而不断提升听力能 力。6、精选材料，实事求是在初学英语时，不能好高鹫远，要从简单入门开始，逐渐增加难 度，听力材料也有如此的梯度。比如说英语900句，里面涉及 到常见的900个基本句型和3600个常用句型，是比较

4、适合初学者的 听力学习材料，又比如走遍美国，这里面涉及到很多英语本土的 表达，比较地道，可以用于给自己提高使用。7、扩大听的广度，培养语感练习听力，有目的、有针对性地练习是一个方面，同时还要通过 泛听，来拓宽自己的英语视野，能够使自己涉猎到方方面面的知识， 泛听的目的有二，一是帮助练习者迅速捕捉听力材料大意；二是帮助 熟悉英语发音的语音和语调。8、模仿原文录音，纠正错误每天坚持听2-3篇听力原文，要求自己模仿原文的发音和语调再 把听力材料读出来，直到模仿到语音、语调分毫不差，这是模仿追求 的目标，通过模仿，可以不断纠正自己的语音、语调。9、听写并举，强化练习有时候听力需要我们把听到的材料写出来
