4、不清楚，究竟是哪些同学的 品位？可以改为 each class will put on their long-prepared and choice performance .这里的 choice 是形容词，意思是appealing to refined taste(精 选的，高品位的)sing 改为 singing; historical acts 改为 historical plays, acts 在这里容易误解为“行为”。其次是结构：whose从句显得臃肿，没有必要使用， 改为：each class will put on their long-prepared and choice p

6、easing; susceptible to injury), 改为： precious/valuable/memorable/interesting/selective/beautiful/fanciful giftso(8) participation 的意思是“sharing in the activity of a group, engagement, involvement”(参与活动当中)。但从通知的内容看，并未要求交换生准备节目， 而只是出席晚会，因此改为attendance。【总结】这则通知比较准确地表达了要求表达的内容，但缺少告知晚会的地点。语言 上的主要问题有：(9) 选词

7、不准确，大多基于汉语的意思来选词。建议今后记忆单词时，多 记英语的释义。(10) 态动词can, will的掌握不到位，建议平时阅读时多注意情态动词 使用的语境。(11) 刻意追求语法结构的多样性，导致内容表达不清晰、不简明。应用 文的功能是清晰、准确地传达信息，复杂的句子结构适得其反。 用next Monday更准确，on可以省略。(6) music hall前应加上定冠词the。(7)改为 requires hosts to have。hosters 错写，正确的为 hostso require 的 正确搭配是 require sb. to do sth.。(8)与 before 连用，应

8、改为 have hosted0(9)改为must have earned,表示对已经发生的事的肯定推测。(10)改为 all the audienceo(ID be absorbed in的意思是“全神贯注地做某事”，而这里的意思是“被吸引”, 改为 be fascinated by。(12) hesitate是动词,直接用在dont之后，feel是多余的。点评：这封信涵盖了三个要点：写信的目的、大赛的时间和地点、Jack的优势。 但语言表达上的问题较多。1 .用词错误或不准确,如hoster、award people absorb ino建议在记英 语单词时，记英语的释义，而非汉语的意思。2

13、dates include.因为 member 指已经是成员 了, 而 successful candidates指即将成功地作为成员。(3) requirement 指 a quality or qualification that one must have in order to be allowed to do something or to be suitable for something (做某事或适合做 某事的必备条件，包括品质、素质、资格、能力等)，但enthusiasm是指情感， 不是品质或能力。这句话可以改为Basic requirements for successfu

18、般都是Harry。名字上, 实在吃不准的，不如用一个大家都认识的，如Jack、Tom之类。另，称呼后面 丢了标点。这个标点，英文一般都用逗号。(2)他既然来信询问“英语角”的事，那么，“英语角”就应该是他知道、你也 知道的事，而且前面的信中肯定已经提到，所以此处应该是特指，用the,而不 用an。(3) 一般来说，抽象意义上的“材料”用不可数(如reading material),具 体意义上的用可数(如building matehals)。虽然如今这个词的用法比过去宽 松不少，但我们还是严谨一些为好。(4)什么是fruRful themes?看不太明白。主题是有收获或有结果的，这是 什么意思

19、？ fruMul与themes搭配上有问题。如果是rich themes,主题丰富， 大家还能明白。不知道你这里想要说的是什么。词汇学习，在写作中的应用， 一定要注意搭配。(5)意思不清。这个thing是要lift up什么？没有语境，意义就无法依附了。(6) ready是一个状态，have been ready实际意思就等于这种状态已经有 过了，也就是已经过去了，那么意义就不对了。这种完成体，应该用动作动词， 不应该用状态动词或表示状态的其他词(如ready这样的形容词)。如果想用 ready,那么，这个句子建议改为we are ready (后面的since yesterday同时 删去)

20、。(7) What work?也是因为语境的问题，意义不清。(8)没有限定，搞不清楚是什么东西的decoration,不妥。如果是the decoration of the English Corner room就清楚了。语言运用一定要注意其限制 因素。(9)此处so可删。(10)动词用法错误。查一下词典就知道了。点评：全文92个词，符合词数要求。回信内容总体齐全，语言通顺流畅，也有一 定主次重点，应该说还是不错的。问题主要有两点：1 .词汇意义不是很清楚，词汇搭配不正确，如fruMul themes, up-Hfting等。2 .对语境制约因素关注不够，如the decoration, up

25、得清楚。可以 这么改：They came from ABC Senior High School, our sister school in Sydney, New South Wales, .(4)意义不清。参见上条批注。这个很好。(6)用by为妥。改为a。理由同批注。(8)什么意思？ a代ogether 是总共的意思，比如：There are altogether thirty peopleo此处你是想说together吗？如是，那么又是跟谁一起呢？不清。如果 是想说“和他们一起”，则无必要。所以可以把这个词删去。(9)删去。(10)挺生硬的，还不如就用after that或者then。这

26、个跟意义无关，主要跟文 风有关。你这篇文章的语言，我觉得用afterwards蛮突兀的。(11)改为an。理由同批注。by更好。(13)后应有with sb.,否则无法exchange。(14)交换礼物是否就enhanced the fhendship？还可以再考虑。（15）应为the two groups of people,否具J是哪两组?说不清楚。而且，就算 你有了 the,也还是不清楚的，应该交代清楚到底是什么人。如改为the students of the two schools,则明确得多。（16）不好。既是报道，讲究的是客观，“我如何如何认为一般是不能出现在报 道中的，除非你是记

27、者中大名鼎鼎的人物，或者你是在写feature story,而不 是 news story o（17） two schools前要有determiner,否则说不清楚。可用our,或者至少也 要用the。点评：这篇报道要素齐全，总体清楚，也有适当的细节，语言总体尚可，尤其是时 态的把握非常准确，且有“brief but warm”这样简洁干净而又很有表现力的语言 运用。但有两个非常扎眼的问题：限定词（如冠词）使用错误较多，限定词 的错用常常导致语义不清楚;报道规范性不够，如署名问题和“I am convinced 问题。止匕外，本篇应用文词数把控注意力不够，语言风格上也有不够和谐之处。建议：查

28、阅有关限定词的语法知识，并加以一定的定向练习，补上这一块 短板;平时阅读和写作可多注意语言风格一致的问题，要明白大词（如而tness、 afterwards等）不一定能恰当表达意义，与自己的总体语言风格更不一定相契 合;应多注意语言搭配（如exchange的用法等）,平时可多注意吸收与练习 词语搭配，以切合英语这种形合语言的要求，使表达更符合语言逻辑，更为顺 畅，达到更好的交际效果。【写作任务】假定你是学生会主席李华，你校将组织一场元旦晚会（New Year party）, 请你用英语写一则书面通知，告知你校的国际交换生参加，内容包括：（1）时 间、地点；（2）晚会节目安排；（3）欢迎参加。【

31、or activity 的意思是 make sure that the necessary arrangements are made (含有“事先安排好”的意思)， 但后面却有具体的晚会举办时间(18： 00 to 21： 00),改为held更合适。(3)这句话是汉语“交换生也能参加”的字面翻译，属于汉语式表达。首先, 情态动词 can 用在这里不合适：(1 )You use “can” to indicate that someone has the ability or opportunity to do something.(有能力做某事)；(2) You use can” to i

32、ndicate that someone is allowed to do something.(允许某人做某事)。 显 然，这里需要表达的并不是这两层意思，而是“邀请”的意思，改为：Exchange students are (warmly) invited to participate in it.其次，too 用在这里也不 合适。这个衔接词的前面并没有值得衔接的成分。如果前一句有哪一类学生应 邀参加，后一句可以用too。(4)在发布这个通知的时候，晚会的内容应该是已经确定好了的，是一个 事实(fact)。这里用will反而含有不确定性。(5)这句话的问题较多。首先是选词：excellent属于评价词，用于自身有 自我吹嘘之嫌，最好用事实性的形容词，如long-prepared, carefully-designed
