2、学院 School of Agriculture and Biology先修课程 (Prerequisite)无*课程简介 (Description)中医药养生与保健为全校本科选修课程，开课时间不限。课程内容包括中 医、中药基础理论以及相应的养生保健知识。中医基础理论部分要求学生了解中 医阴阳、五行、藏像和经络学说的主要内容。应用阴阳学说分析中国人的体质类 型及各种体质的养生重点；同时利用五行理论讨论人体脏腑之间的生克制化关 系、各大脏腑的主要特点、以及基于此的养生理念。中药理论主要包括中药的采 收、炮制、性味归经等常识，了解常见保健用中药的药性特征，初步掌握中药的 配伍和组方理论，掌握一些适

3、合于不同体质人群的药膳、药茶配方。保健知识主 要包括基于经络学说的拔罐、刮疮、灸法、点穴和气功养生方法。使学生具备基 本的中医药常识，并掌握相应的养生理论与保健方法。*课程简介 (Description)Health care by the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is an optional course for undergraduate in the whole school, and the start time is no limited. Course content includes Chinese medicine basic th

4、eory and the corresponding health care knowledge. The part of Chinese medicine basic theories requires students to understand the theory of Yin-Yang, the five elements, meridian and visceral manifestation with purpose of analyzing the constitution types of Chinese people by Yin-Yang theory. At the s

5、ame time, using the theory of five elements to to discuss relationships of interpromotion and interrestraint between the five internal organs. The main content of herb medicines basic theories including harvesting, processing, properties, flavors and channel of the common herbs in health care use. I

6、n addition, preliminary to master the rules of combination and prescription forming. Health knowledge including cupping, scraping, moxibustion therapy, attacking a vital point and Qigong based on theory of meridian and collateral. The objective of this course was to make studentsunderstanding the ba
