Make an outlineT: Before rewriting, lefs talk about how to write a good article. It is acommon idea that we need to make an outli

31、ne before we write something on the paper. Why is the outline so important? There are two reasons. First, an outline will help make your article more organized. A careful plan will help your body paragraphs stay focused on the ideas in your thesis statement. Second, an outline saves time for writers

Preparing an outline can take time, but when you are finished, you will be able to write the rough draft of your essay more quickly than if you didnt have an outline.T: Here is an example of an outline. Please take a close look at it. An article usually has three parts, introduction, main body and

33、 conclusion. Each paragraph of the main body usually has a topic sentence and supporting details that explain the topic sentence.2. Write an introductionT: First, lets see how an introduction works. The introduction must give a clear idea of what the main body of your article is about. That means wh

34、at you are going to write and what you are going to solve. There are three requirements for a good introduction. What is article about? Why do we write the article? How do we solve the problem?T: Since the report on bears is in lack of a good introduction, can you add an introduction to the report a

35、ccording the three requirements? Here is an example.3. Write a good paragraphT: Here comes the main body. How can we write a good paragraph? A good paragraph consists of a topic sentence, the supporting details and the important connecting words. We can say that a good paragraph is a good topic sent

36、ence plus the connecting words and strong supporting details.4. Write a good conclusionT: The last part, conclusion. How does a conclusion work? From the chart, we can see that a good conclusion should give a short and strong summary of the main body and express your intention of writing this articl

37、e.T: There are also three requirements for a good conclusion. A good conclusion should give a short summary of the article, show that the article is important and can call on people to do what you recommended.Step 4 Rewriting.1. RewriteT: After learning how to write a paragraph and a conclusion, let
