13、有时，它也叫公务式的自我介绍。工作式的自我介绍的内容，应当包括本人姓名、供职的单位及其部门、担负的职务或从事的详细工作等三项。他们叫作工作式自我介绍内容的三要素，通常缺一不可。其中，第一项姓名，应当一口报出，不可有姓无名，或有名无姓。第二项供职的单位及其部门，有可能最好全部报出，详细工作部门有时也能够暂不报出。第三项担负的职务或从事的详细工作，有职务最好报出职务，职务较低或者无职务，那么可报出所从事的详细工作。例如：“你好！我叫张鹏羽，是大连市政府外办的交际处处长”。“我名叫付冬梅，在人民大学国际政治系教外交学”。（3）交流式交流式的自我介绍，主要适用于在社交活动中，它是一种刻意寻求与交往对象

14、进一步交流与沟通，希望对方认识本人、理解本人、与本人建立联络的自我介绍。有时，它也叫社交式自我介绍或沟通式自我介绍。交流式自我介绍的内容，大体应当包括介绍者的姓名、工作、籍贯、学历、兴趣以及与交往对象的某些熟人的关系等等。但它们非定要面面俱到，而应按照详细情况而定。例如：“我叫邢冬松，在北京吉普工作。我是清华大学汽车工程系90级的，我想我们是校友，对吗？”“我的名字叫沙静，在天马公司当财务总监，我和您先生是高中同学”。“我叫甄鹂鸣，天津人。我刚刚听见你在唱蒋大为的歌，他是我们天津人，我特喜爱他唱的歌，你也喜爱吗？”（4）礼仪式礼仪式的自我介绍，适用于讲座、报告、演出、庆典、仪式等一些正规而盛大的场合。它是一种意在表示对交往对象友好、敬意的自我介绍。礼仪式的自我介绍的内容，亦包含姓名、单位、职务等项，但是还应多参加一些适宜的谦辞、敬语，以示本人礼待交往对象。例如：“各位来宾，大家好！我叫范燕飞，是云海公司的副总经理。如今，由我代表本公司热烈欢迎大家光临我们的开业仪式，感谢大家的支持。”
