11、r 6: Conclusion.68 Literature Cited.70 摘 要 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning,企业资源计划)系统是基于供应链思想和管理方法的管理信息系统,在国外经过多年的发展已经比较成熟,国内由于管理基础薄弱、不规范以及开发的软件系统与企业特点不适合等众多因素的影响,很多企业实际应用效果不佳。但ERP作为一种具有先进管理思想的系统在企业应用是一个发展趋势,国内化工企业包括氯碱化工企业也越来越多的开始应用ERP来规范和深化企业管理。 目前,国内化工企业借助ERP由现在的“粗旷式生产,粗放式管理”向精益制造,精细管理转变,成为企业发展过程的
12、必需。氯碱化工属于典型的连续性生产制造工业类型。以计划为主线,面向库存,大规模不间断连续化生产,是不同于其他行业企业生产运营的特点。由此特点而决定的对企业管理的业务流程、管理重点(如:计划,大宗物资管理等)、管理方法(如:成本核算,绩效考核办法等)均与其他行业呈现较大不同。因此,对于氯碱化工企业来讲,其ERP系统的设计必然有其独特的要求和方法。 本文通过对亚星化学这一个典型的氯碱化工企业整个流程和实现目标进行设计,提出了构建化工行业适应性、可靠性、经济性、可扩展性、先进性相适合的ERP软件系统架构、可靠运行的网络平台及安全环境。 本文针对流程性氯碱化工企业亚星化学,首先从系统的整体流程、系统的
13、模块功能、以及要求达到的管理目标,提出较完整的设计方案。其次,从软件开发技术、系统访问层次结构、客户端应用程序三个方面论述了ERP系统的软件架构,并提出一个实用、高效、弹性应用强的“智能型客户端应用程序模型”。再次,又对亚星化学公司运行ERP的硬件网络和安全系统设计进行了论述。最后对ERP其中一个重要的地磅子系统从功能、模块、数据表、接口等方面进行了详细的设计。 包含以上设计思想和技术的ERP在亚星化学公司得到成功实施,达到了业务流程的优化和对业务过程的事前审批、事中控制、事后监督全过程的有效控制和信息集成。特别是汽车衡称重的地磅系统直接集成在ERP中,使得直接关系到氯碱企业产品质量和成本的大
14、宗原材料盐、煤、电石等物资得到实时监控。整个公司的信息流、物流、资金流有效统一,经营效率大为提高。亚星化学作为国内化工行业比较知名的上市公司,其ERP的成功应用对氯碱化工行业乃至整个化工行业都有很好的借鉴作用。 如何对ERP的功能进行扩充,对性能进行改进以及如何将氯碱化工企业所关心的MES(制造执行系统)与ERP进行结合,建立产品成本实时分析系统以指导生产,和OA、视频、危险品运输监控等融合建设公司统一指挥信息平台是下一步的工作重点。 关键词:ERP、化工行业、系统设计、业务流程 ABSTRACT ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is a i
15、nformation management system based on the theory and management method of supply chains, and has been well developed currently in foreign countries since many years. In China, ERP application is not satisfactory due to poor and nonstandard management basis, and inadaptability of the developed softwa
16、re with features of the enterprises, etc. However, ERP, as a advanced management system, tends to be applied in enterprises. More and more domestic chemical enterprises, including some chlor-alkali enterprises, have started using ERP to standardize and improve enterprise management. Currently, it is
17、 necessary for the domestic chemical enterprises to change from “Extensive Production and Extensive Management” to “Precise Fabrication and Precise Management” by utilizing ERP. Chlor-alkali production is a typical continuous operation. It is different with other industries and is characterized by p
18、recise planning on production and storing, and large-scale continuous production. Due to these characteristics, the operation schedule, management emphasis (such as planning and large-amount material management) and management method (such as cost analysis and performance rating) vary largely compar
19、ed with other industries. Therefore, chlor-alkali enterprises has special demands of its own for its ERP design. This article focuses on Weifang Yaxing Chemical Co., Ltd., a typical chlor-alkali enterprise, and raises a ERP software system which suits the chemical industry in terms of adaptability,
20、reliability, economical efficiency and extendibility, which services as a reliable network platform and safe environment. This article focuses on Weifang Yaxing Chemical Co., Ltd. and first raises a complete design plan, including overall schedule, system module function and the management goals. Se
21、condly, the software frame of the ERP system is analyzed in terms of software development technology, system access level structure and client-end application program, and a practical, high-efficient and flexible “Intelligent Client-end Application Program Module” is put forward. Thirdly, hardware n
22、etwork and safety system design for EPR in Yaxing Chemical is stated. At last, platform scale subsystem (one of the most important part of the ERP system) is designed in detail in terms of function, module, data sheet, interface, etc. ERP system containing the above design theory and technology has
23、been successfully implemented in Yaxing Chemical, and business process optimization and pre-approving in advance, control in progress and afterward supervising has been achieved. Particularly, the platform scale system for automobile weighing has been directly integrated in to ERP system, which faci
24、litate real-time control for salt, coal, calcium carbide and other materials which directly relate to product quality of the chlor-alkali enterprises. Currently, the information flow, material distribution and capital flow of the company has been well organized and the operation efficiency has been
25、largely increased. Yaxing Chemical, as a well-known public company, its successful ERP application serves as a good example to chlor-alkali industry and even the overall chemical industry. The next steps will focus on how to extend ERP performances, to improve the current functions, to integrate MES
26、 into ERP system (which is greatly concerned by the chlor-alkali enterprises), to establish a real-time analysis system for conducting production and to integrate OA, video and hazardous products transportation supervising into ERP for building of a overall conducting platform. 27、cal Industry, System Design, Business Process 第一章 绪论 1.1课题背景 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning,企业资源计划)系统是基于供应链的思想和管理方法,对企业的多种资源进行计划,力求充分利用企业内的各种资源、降低库存、提高企业的整体运作效率,实现物流、资金流、信息流 (“三流”) 合一的操作平台和管理信息系统。ERP系统为企业提供了一个统一的业务管理信息平台,将企业内部以及企业外部供需链上所有的资源与信息进行统一的管理,这种集成能够消除企业内部因为部门分割造成的各种信息隔阂与信息孤岛,大幅缩短信息的传递渠道,使得决策层与基层、各部门之间的沟通更加快捷,极大地增强企业对市场的快速反应能力。同时它增加管理的透明度,有助于改变企业内部的低效体制,减少了浪费、腐败等现象的发生。 目前,大部分化工企业管理存在如下共性问题: (1)业务流程混乱 由于数据不共享,信息获取不及时、物流运作不合拍,所以化工行业的业务运作从计划到订单,从订单到出入库、结算等混乱度较高。 (2)计划形同虚设 化工企业计划主线不严谨,编制的计划盲目性大,在企业实际运营过程中可执行度低,直接导致生产、供应等业务运行的成本加大。
