39、目目为期33年，执执行期限限为20009年66月1日日至20100年5月月31日日，中方资资助强度度为每项项1000万元人人民币左左右，包包括研究究经费和和国际合合作交流流费用。合作研研究项目目将进行行国际评评审。评评审指标标包括：合作项项目的科科学水平平、创新新性和研研究计划划的可行行性；双双方合作作的互补补性和必必要性等等。一、申申请项目目的基本本条件申请合合作项目目的我国国研究人人员必须须是在研研的国家家自然科科学基金金重点项项目执行行人、或或创新研研究群体体项目负负责人、或或国家杰杰出青年年科学基基金项目目获得者者。二、申申报要求求中方申申请人需需与丹方方合作者者联合提提出申请请，并填
