28、see seet oout herreinn.2.4除除非为实实现本业业务往来来之目的的而必须须得到其其专业顾顾问、供供应商、分分支机构构、关联联机构的的服务，而而由此专专业顾问问、供应应商、分分支机构构、关联联机构必必须知晓晓该等保保密信息息外，不不得向上上述机构构/人员员披露保保密信息息；并且且，接受受方在向向上述机机构/人人员披露露保密信信息时，应要求其签订与本协议条款同样严格的保密协议，以确保保密信息的保密性。The RReceeiviing Parrty shaall nott diiscllosee thhe CConffideentiial Infformmatiion to i

43、theer eelecctroonicc syysteem.7.违约约责任LLiabbiliityffor Breeachh off Aggreeemennt协议一方违违反本协协议项下下规定的的行为将将被视为为违约行行为，违违约方除除应当立立即停止止违约行行为之外外，还应应当赔偿偿非违约方方因此所所遭受的的损失。其其赔偿损损失的范范围包括括但不限限于：非非违约方方的直接接损失、丧丧失商业业机会的的损失、丧丧失相关关权利的的损失、调调查违约约行为而而支出的的合理费费用以及及仲裁费费、诉讼讼费、律律师费等等。本条条款的内内容不应应解释为为阻止协协议双方方寻求其其他可能能的救济济方法。Eitheer
