9、ll decreases . Much more disease like headache, stomachache will appear. The quality of life and study decrease as well. Once we failed, heavy stress let us feel nervous, upset, dejected, depressed, and even more stressful. What's more, because of the moodiness, we can't get along with other

10、s, including family members, friends and relatives. All in all, heavy stress makes us lack of confidence and feel more tired.So, how to manage and reduce stress has become more and more important. The most crucial point is to facing the stress, admitting the stress instead of escaping it. First, we

11、should have a right evaluation of ourselves so as to make use of advantages and avoid disadvantages. Second, we should set a clear aim of a struggle. The aim can give us motivation, and make us become active. Third, attending collective activities is an effective way to relieve pressure and attempti

12、ng to take breaks from the busy work or study. Doing sports, listening to music, watching films, chatting, traveling are ok.
