2、CEDURES 程序： Job Summary/ 岗位概述To ensure that the steam boiler system its associated ME equipment are operated and maintained in a safe and efficient manner.为确保蒸汽锅炉系统及其相关机电设备平安、有效地运转及维护。Duties Responsibilities/职责义务1. To operate and maintain the steam boiler system and its associated ME equipment as pe

3、r manufacturer procedures and instructions.依照蒸汽锅炉及其相关机电设备的操作规定，运转及保养该系统。2. To carry out water treatment and water sampling test as per water treatment consultant procedures and instructions.依照程序对锅炉水质进展处理并做好水样测试。3. To carry out routine flushing of the water level sight glass as per instruction.依照要求对水

4、位进展目测。4. To be familiar with the Emergency procedures and action to be taken.熟悉紧急程序及必要时所要采取的行动。5. To carry out repair work so as to minimize energy wastage such as steam/water leak, damaged thermal insulation, malfunction of steam traps , etc.做一些维修工作，如蒸汽泄漏/漏水，热绝缘体损坏维修，蒸汽阀的毛病维修等以确保将能源浪费操纵在最小范围内。6. 5、 monitor and record the gas or diesel oil consumption per shift. 每班都必须将用气、柴油的耗费量统计登记。7.
