7、 is responsible for all total or partial loss of,or damage to the goods insured either from sea perils or general external causes.General Average 共同海损 It is a loss resulting from a voluntary sacrifice or expenditure,in time of peril,for the safety of hull,cargo and freight.Particular Average 单独海损 It
