46、been doing,其次 seeing sth是非谓语动词做伴随状语，另外句型中加入对话；最后，从修辞的角度，使用了“拟人”的手法。需要明确的是seeing sth.中的sih.到底是什么呢？我们知道，在故事发展中，一股都会有一两个线索词。这 些线索词要么贯穿始终，要么是在推动故事发展过程中，起到非常重要的作用。比如2020年新高考卷中， 描述的是万圣节尴尬事：主人公的头卡在了南瓜中。于是南瓜就是整个故事的线索词。八省联考中，主人 公的车在路上坏了，遇一家人的热心帮助。在主人公即将开车离开时，热心的小女孩还递给他一个纸袋， 纸袋里有食物。那么“纸袋paper bag”在推动剧情发展中，就起到

47、了的重要作用。所以，“南瓜”和“纸袋”可 以用在seeing sth中。我们先看第一个例子。主人公我是老年人，想回到学校学习识字，但是连字母表都不会读。最终战胜了 自我怀疑，成功能识字看报纸。升华主题的时候，我们怎么用这个万能句型来表达呢？请看这句： Seeing the alphabet again, I felt as if it had been encouraging me and saying, its never too late to learn”.再次看 到字母表，我觉得它好像在鼓励我并说，“学习永远不会太晚”。看第二个例子。主人公“我”是个颓废少年，无意中通过自己的专长“扔标
