42、 Contract 公开授标情况Within two weeks of receiving ADBs no objection,the borrower shall publish in an English language newspaper or well-known and freely accessible website the results 在收到亚行不反对意见的两周内，借款人必须在英文报纸或者互联网上公布以下信息：name of each bidder who submitted a bid;每个递交了标书的投标人bid prices as read out at bid o
