5、Regulations with Regard to Quality and Technical SupervisionThe study of this chapter is to make the students able to understand the definition of regulations of quality and technical supervision, foreign regulations of quality and technical supervision, to master the classification of quality and t

6、echnical supervision, dellnition of mandatory rules of law, the administrative rules and regulations system and technical regulations of China with regard to quality and technical supervision, especially Product Quality Law of the People s Republic of China, Standardization Law of the Peoples Republ

7、ic of China and Metrology Law of the Peoples Republic of China as the legal grounds of quality and technical supervision, the content of five regulations of quality and technical supervision issued by International and regional organizations and to understand the main difference between the laws and

10、 of standardization.Chapter V Measurement and MetrologyThe study of this chapter is to make the student able to master the basis of metrology, metrology management principles and methods and to master the management of measuring instrument, management of standard substance and the measurement manage

11、ment system.Chapter VI Quality and Technical Supervision in Biological FieldIn combination with large number of case teachings, this chapter will enable the students to understand the concept of inspection and quarantine, to master the definitions of health epidemic prevention, invasion of alien spe
