1、伏马菌素Fumonishins伏马菌素是一种由串珠镰刀菌产生的霉菌毒素，对食品污染的情况主要存在玉米及玉米制品中。和各种伏马菌素的污染量相比，通常伏马菌素 B1为最多。另外，人们怀疑食道癌的高发与食用污染此霉素玉米有关。下面为使用 CAPCELL CORE C18S2.7 通过 MS 来进行检测的分析例。伏马菌素 B1，B2及 B3都得到了很好的分离。Afumonishin is a mycotoxin generated by fungi of the genus Fusarium.Fumonishinswere found in corn and corn-related products
