4、appy. Next, pets on campus can cultivate college students personal qualities. For example, during teaching the dog to sleep and move bowels in a right place, students can be more patient. Besides, by observing its life habits and healthy conditions, students can be more considerate. Last but not lea

5、st, pets on campus can contribute to develop the awareness of animal protection. Chen Mingcai, head of the Association of Small Animal Protection in Chongqing, said the number of abandoned pets has decreased on campuses because college students who have had a close relationship with their pets have been more aware of protecting animals. From the foregoing, we can safely draw a conclusion that it is advisable for college students to keep pets on campus because it can keep mental healthy, cultivate personal qualities, and develop the awareness of animal protection.
