1、Offer (报盘信函书写)典型案例一、主题 Offer (报盘信函)二、背景报盘与还盘是国际贸易中的重要磋商环节,也是进出口贸易公司的日常工作。在企业实践中,以电子邮件书写的商务信函进行发盘非常普遍。在电子时代的今天,电子商务信函是较快捷又方便的一种业务形式,我在企业实践中曾经代替商务主管向坦桑尼亚DAR ES SALAAM工程机械贸易有限公司以电子邮件的形式向客户报盘,根据教材中学过的内容,进行报盘信函的书写,书写后让业务主管过目,业务主管甘老师告诉我,工程机械的包装虽然是裸装,但不同与我们通常理解的“裸装”,由于产品要经历海上长途运输,机械产品有可能受潮生锈等,因此,工程机械产品的包装条
2、款后应注明涂上防锈剂、润滑剂等,但对于机械产品配件需要包装的,因此,实际工作中根据产品的类型与产品本身的材质会考虑不同的包装类型。而且,报盘中产品的报价一定要仔细,是到岸价还是离岸价,所到港口城市以及报价的价格数字,货币类型都要写清楚等。在公司商务主管甘老师的指导下,根据给定的商务情景我以商务助理的身份向客户书写了一封有效的报盘信函。在商务英语函电的教学中,报盘信函、包装条款洽谈信函、价格条款书写等方面的知识都是教材中非常重要的内容,因此在函电教学中,我可以融入企业实践所得,模拟商务场景,让学生以职业人的身份去学习,提升教学效果。三、教学过程结合企业实际案例与教材范例,将学生分成5-6人一组,
3、对信函范例进行阅读、分析讨论后,找出报盘信函的特征与基本要素,教师首先引导学生分组发言,然后教师对信函难点进行讲解分析,在学生理解信函的基础上,引导学生总结报盘信函书写特征与步骤。然后模拟信函范例,根据情景任务进行习作操练练习,进而学会书写报盘信函Step 1. Business knowledge about offer(了解有关报盘的基本商务知识)根据实际工作中接触到的有关报盘方面的商务信函与教材信函,全面了解有关报盘方面的知识和专业术语。1) What is an offer ?(什么是发盘?)An offer is also known as quotation .One party
4、of the transaction, in order to sell or buy an item of goods, put forward some terms and conditions relevant to the transaction, expressing a willingness to make a deal. This is called an offer.Offeror/ offerer: 发盘人(The person making the offer).Offeree: 受盘人 (The person to whom the offer is made)2) T
5、wo categories:( 发盘的两种类型)Firm offer (offer with engagement /obligation) 实盘,国际贸易常用术语之一,即有约束力的发盘,表明发盘人有肯定订立合同的意图。在法律上,实盘属于一项要约,一经发出,在有效期内,发盘人不得随意变更内容或撤销。如果受盘人在有效期内无条件地接受,就可以达成交易,成为对买卖双方都有约束力的合同。实盘必须同时具备三个条件才能成立:内容必须是完整和明确的;内容必须是肯定的,无保留条件的;实盘必须规定有效期限。其内容包括货物品名、品质规格、包装、数量、价格等。Non-firm offer (offer withou
6、t engagement/ obligation)虚盘,是发盘人所作的不肯定交易的表示。凡不符合实盘所具备的上述三个条件的发盘,都是虚盘。虚盘无须详细的内容和具体条件,也不注明有效期。它仅表示交易的意向,不具有法律效力。出现下列一类的词句者,皆为虚盘- Without engagement. 不负任何责任。- Subject to prior sale. 有权先售。All quotations are subject to our final confirmation unless otherwise stated. 所作报价,除特别注明外,须经我方确认后方能生效。- Our offer is
7、 subject to approval of export license. 出口许可证准许签证,我方报价才有效。Step2. 信函范例展示与分析A. 根据实际工作中接触到的有关报盘方面的英语商务信函范例、教材范例和课外范例,分析发盘信函特点。情景任务1:上海昊纳贸易有限公司收到坦桑尼亚DAR ES SALAAM工程机械贸易有限公司5月24号对山东推土机SD32型号的询盘后进行报盘如下:Specimen letter1 :企业范例1展示:(firm offer 实盘范例)Dear Mr. Crown,Thank you for your enquiry of May 24. Yours Sincerely,David Chen在此企业范例教学中,教师除了引导学生注意发盘的主要内容与要素外,还把企业中实际操作与课本知识不同之处进行对比讲解。例如:Packing(包装条款):我们书本中只学到包装的两种类型:外包装、内包装。尽管教师也告知学生有裸

21、骤。,1. 操练任务:模仿信函范例根据以下情景任务在30分钟内写出符合要求的报盘信函。Situational Task(情景任务)上海水锦洋食品有限公司(SHANGHAI SHUIJIN YANG FOOD CO.,LTD)是上海水产集团与锦江国际联袂打造的中高端水产品贸易公司,专门从事全球采购、生产、销售纯净无污染的绿色水产品。最近挪威水产品贸易有限公司向上海水锦洋食品有限公司对冰鲜三文鱼的报盘如下(Fresh salmon 8-10kg/per fish 9/500g CIF Shanghai at wholesaling price , quantity: at least 200kg about 30kg/per carton)请根据以上情景任务,代表挪威公司撰写报盘(实盘)信函。2. 范例模拟练习与成效80%的学生能够根据情景任务与范例在30分钟内完成信函操作练习,且写出基本符合规范与要求的发盘信函。五、评价与评析 结合企业信函范例,给学生提供真实的商务场景,比单纯运用教材范例与其他教学资源更具有说服力,提高学生的学习兴趣与参与意识,教师的把自己的亲身实践融入课堂,学生分组合作学习更利于发挥学生的积极主动性,比传统的课堂理论教学效果较好,有利于学生职业能力的培养。对学生学习成果进行多元评价,参与课堂讨论的情况;小组内成员之间的评介,教师对每个同学的习作进行综合评介。7
