1、精选优质文档-倾情为你奉上套铣接头在超深地下连续墙施工中的应用蔡琰 孙兰坚(中铁16局集团北京轨道交通工程建设有限公司,第一作者,蔡琰,女,安徽砀山人,1982年出生,工程师,大学本科,从事地下工程施工和研究)摘 要:南水北调中线一期穿黄工程北岸竖井,采用圆形地下连续墙作为围护结构,地下连续墙的壁厚为1.5m,内径为18m,外径为21m。分14幅进行施工,其中期槽7幅,期槽7幅。其中期槽长6.5m,共分三铣成槽,中间一铣在地下连续墙轴线上的有效长度为0.9m;期槽长2.8m,一铣成槽。、期槽在地下连续墙轴线上搭接长度为0.4m,采用套铣接头进行槽段连接。地下连续墙深度为76.6m。采用双轮铣进

The diaphragm wall is 1.5m thick with 18
6、m inner diameter and 21m outer diameter. This job is divided into 14 panels. First period consist of 7 pc panel and second 7 pc panel. Panels for first period is 6.4m long with slot formed by 3 piles, and the effective distance of the cutter in middle section above axis of diaphragm wall is 0.9m. Se
7、cond slot is 2.8m long and it was formed by one cutter. Connecting distance for both periods of slot is 0.4m on the axis of diaphragm wall and the slot was connected by cutter connector. The diaphragm wall is 76.6m deep. This project use Bauer cutter for pile cutting. We improved the normal diaphrag
8、m wall connector and replace it with connector cutting according to its character. This improved the problem of soil and sand stuck between the connections of diaphragm wall. 9、Connector Cutting 1 工程概况1.1概述南水北调工程为举世瞩目的国家重点战略工程,黄河盾构穿越工程是其中具有标志性的关键工程和“咽喉工程”,直接控制着南水北调项目能否顺利实施和按期完成。穿黄工程分为北岸竖井、穿黄隧洞、南岸竖井、邙山隧洞,其四个主体结构。其中,北岸竖井地下连续墙是工程能否顺利进行的关键。北岸竖井地下连续墙外径21.00m,内径18.00m,墙厚1.5 m,墙顶高程为105.60m,墙底高程29.00m。划分为14个槽段进行施工。其中I期槽、II期槽各7幅槽段。1.2工程地质条件及水文地质条件北岸竖井地下连续墙上部为Q42砂壤土、粉砂、细砂,松散稍密状,强度较低
10、,工程地质性质较差;竖井中部、底部为Q42中砂和Q41细砂、中砂,中密密实,强度较高。由于砂层厚度大,砂性土孔壁(或墙壁)稳定性较差。地下连续墙下部位于Q3粉质壤土层中,含有较多的钙质结核和钙质结核富集层。2 地下连续墙成槽设备以及接头形式的选择常用的接头箱(管)接头,具有一定的抗剪能力,但因与墙体无刚性连接,传递应力差,缺乏抵抗弯矩的能力,同时因流水路线直而短,阻力小,易出现渗、漏水现象,一般适用于较浅深度的连续墙。本工程连续墙深度76.6m,不适合使用这种普通接头形式。根据本地质情况,选用德国宝峨公司的BC32型双轮铣作为地下连续墙成槽施工机械。根据此施工机械的特点:可以切削混凝土。所以,
