21、too much money on medical care,which saves the limited public funds at large.In addition,some important sports events are held in the stadiums like the Olympic Games,which can not only enrich individuals spiritual need,but also improve the tastes for competitive sports.Admittedly,education is the ve

22、ry foundation of the whole nation in the future.The government is the supervisor for the social stability,who has an inevitable obligation to prevent the public from suffering illness.If so,it will definitely lead to the social chaos and many unpredictable disasters.However,the investment of them ca

23、nnot block the spending on daily basis.In conclusion,it is safe to say that the government should make all efforts to gain more profits and then spend the money both effectively and efficiently.Therefore,I am still convinced that the investment of theatres and museums and sports stadiums is much more advisable.
