1、读后续写课程设计说明：本节课共45分钟，设计依据普通高中英语课程标准（2017版）对读后续写的命题要求及学科核心素养对语言能力培养的考查要求，共分为两部分；第一部分为读后续写的考查背景和评分标准，第二部分为读后续写的一般思路。【学习目标】1. To know the backgrounds of continuation writing.2. To master the procedures of continuation writing.【问题导学】Question 1: Why?1. 根本理论依据：普通高中课程标准（2017版）P49 2-13.2. 学科核心素养中语言能力培养的考查要求.

2、Question 2: How & What?提供一段350词左右的语言材料，要求考生根据（时代背景、材料内容、所给材料开头语、所标示关键词、看不见的结束语）进行续写（150词左右），将其发展成为一篇与给定材料有逻辑衔接、情节和结构完整的短文。 凡是词数少于130词或多于170词，起评分扣2分【典型例题】It was summer, and my dad wanted to treat me to a vacation like never before. He decided to take me on a trip to the Wild West. We took a plane to

5、 with Uncle Paul to take the sheep out to graze (吃草). I was impressed to see my dad and Uncle Paul riding horses. They looked really cool. In the afternoon, I asked Uncle Paul if I could take a horse ride, and he said yes, as long as my dad went with me. I wasnt going to take a horse ride by myself

So, my dad and I put on our new cowboy hats, got on our horses, and headed slowly towards the mountains. “Dont be late for supper,” Uncle Paul cried, “and keep to the track so that you dont get lost!” “OK!” my dad cried back. After a while Uncle Paul and his farm house were out of sight. It

7、was so peaceful and quiet and the colors of the brown rocks, the deep green pine trees, and the late afternoon sun mixed to create a magic scene. It looked like a beautiful woven (编织的) blanket spread out upon the ground just for us.Paragraph 1:Suddenly a little rabbit jumped out in front of my horse

He dragged a log (原木) from the forest to the opposite side of the campfire. Then he wrapped (包裹) aluminum foil (

13、铝箔) around the log. The heat from the fire reflected off the foil and into the tent. Soon images of lake fish were filling my dreams. The snow had stopped, but sometime later a powerful wind must have kicked up the flames of our dying fire. I was abruptly awakened by Steve. Our tent was on fire. Fri

14、ghtened, I ran out of the tent immediately. The tent collapsed (倒塌) with Steve inside. Without any thought of endangering myself, I reached into the burning tent and pulled him to the icy lake.
