1、生鲜电商物流服务质量评价研究以盒马为例,物流工程硕士论文摘 要 近年来,我们国家生鲜电商市场发展迅速,市场交易额逐年攀升,生鲜电商物流服务质量方面存在的问题日益凸显,由于物流服务质量问题导致客户投诉和客户差评的现象屡见不鲜,这不仅制约了物流行业的快速发展,也给生鲜电商行业的发展带来了严重阻碍。因而,研究生鲜电商行业的物流服务质量对物流行业和生鲜电商行业具有非常重要的理论及现实意义。 本文采用文献研究与实证研究相结合的方式对生鲜电商物流服务质量进行研究。首先对生鲜电商物流服务质量相关的文献和概念进行总结,并对服务质量理论、物流服务质量理论和顾客满意度理论进行整理,在这里基础上提出了一个包含新鲜性
2、、经济性、移情性、可靠性四个维度,共计16个指标的初始评价指标体系;其次根据初始的评价指标体系设计问卷进行问卷调查,之后通过SPSS统计分析软件对调查数据进行统计分析:信度分析、效度分析、相关性分析、因子分析等,根据分析的结果对初始的评价指标体系进行优化和调整,删除华而不实的一些维度和指标,最终得到了一个包含新鲜性、经济性、移情性、可靠性四个维度,共计15个指标的初始评价指标体系,并运用主观和客观相结合的方式方法算得各个维度和指标的权重;最后,选取新零售的代表盒马作为案例,进行问卷设计、问卷调研和问卷分析,计算出盒马生鲜电商的物流服务质量期望与感悟之间的差距和盒马的生鲜电商物流服务质量得分,并
3、对盒马的生鲜电商物流服务质量结果进行分析与评价。 通过以上研究与分析,本文得出的结论有:1基于顾客满意度理论,本文提出了一套相对科学合理的生鲜电商物流服务质量评价指标体系;2通过计算评价指标体系中各维度及指标的权重值,可见顾客在生鲜电商物流服务质量的关注点方面存在着差异;3盒马的生鲜电商物流服务质量得分为负值,对顾客的满意度处于容忍区间外的维度进行分析。并基于此提出相应的改良建议。 本文关键词语 : 生鲜电商,物流服务质量,评价指标体系,AHP-熵权法。 ABSTRACT In recent years, fresh electric dealer market has developed r
4、apidly in our country,the market is rising year by year, fresh electrical business aspects of the growingproblem of logistics service quality, customer complaint due to logistics servicequality problems and customer bad review phenomenon common occurance, this isnot only restricted the rapid develop
5、ment of logistics industry, also give fresh broughta serious impediment to the development of electricity industry.Therefore, it is ofgreat theoretical and practical significance to study the logistics service quality offresh e-commerce industry. 6、arch are combined to study thelogistics service quality of fresh e-commerce.Logistics service quality of the rawelectricity suppliers first summarizes the related literature and concepts, and theservice quality theory, the theory of logistics service quality and customer satisfactiontheory, based on

8、ta for statistical analysis,reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, etc.,according to the results of the analysis of initial evaluation index system wasoptimized and adjusted, delete some of the dimensions and indicators, and finally gota contains fresh, econo

Based on the above research and analysis, the conclusions of this paper are asfollows :(1) based on the customer satisfaction theory, this paper proposes a set ofrelatively scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of fresh e-commerce
12、logistics service quality;(2) By calculating the weight values of each dimension and index in the evaluation index system, it can be seen that there are differences incustomers concerns on the quality of fresh e-commerce logistics services;(3) Thescore of fresh e-commerce logistics service quality o
