1、某系统集成项目进度管理改进方案探析,mba项目管理论文随着科学技术的发展和集成技术的成熟,系统集成进入了发展黄金期。鉴于系统集成的特殊性,系统集成项目对管理水平要求较高。但很多不具备项目管理优势的中小企业在系统集成项目方面能力缺乏,达不到系统集成项目管理标准,在施行系统集成经过中问题较多。由于影响项目管理方面的因素较多,需要针对问题的致因,出具一套行之有效的解决方案。 本文在现有项目管理理论基础上,对 G 公司 A 系统集成项目进度管理经过现在状况进行研究的基础上,指出了案例项目中进度管理存在的问题主要包括:项目组织架构及制度不合理、项目进度计划及施行不到位、缺乏合理有效的供货商管理、缺乏有效
2、的项目进度控制与施行团队技术能力缺乏。在明确了 A 系统集成项目进度管理优化的目的与原则的基础上,从项目组织管理优化、完善项目进度计划管理、改良项目进度控制管理、加强设备供货商管理与提升团队专业技术气力方面完成 A 系统集成项目进度管理优化方案设计。在优化 A系统集成项目方案的经过中,得出关键环节的重要影响因素,在这里基础上,将有关内容的管理进行融合,得出系统化管理方案,通过执行力的提高以促进系统管理方案的落实。在全面改善项目进度滞后的情况下,使项目质量、进度和效率得以提升,确保按时保量的完成既定任务。 关键字: 系统集成项目;项目进度管理;项目计划;沟通管理。 Abstract With t
