1、某联通B2I2C业务代理企业发展战略探析,mba战略管理论文摘 要 近年来,随着技术的进步和经济的发展,出现了很多新的商业形式,传统行业的生产和运营方式也发生了改变。对于电信行业来讲,5G 技术的普及、大数据和人工智能的发展给行业带来了宏大的变化,三大运营商也不断通过创新来知足市场需求,华而不实联通公司推出的 B2I2C 商业形式就是一个成功的案例,它是通过与各大知名互联网公司深度合作,以流量经营为特色,通过合作方终端直达最终用户,通过互联网化的手段知足了客户对流量的个性化服务需求。YNT 公司是山东省内的一家为联通公司代理 B2I2C 业务的代理公司, 本文以 PEST 分析法为工具,分析
2、YNT 公司内外部环境因素,发现公司发展经过中存在的问题,主要具体表现出在组织架构、业务流程、人力资源、品牌建设和企业文化上。为解决 YNT 公司当前面临的问题,本文通过 SWOT 分析归纳出可供选择的战略方案,同时,在明确YNT 公司愿景的基础上,制定出短期、中期和长期的战略目的,最终得出 YNT 公司应该采用以 SO 组合为主的战略,采取市场浸透和市场开发战略,不断提高市场份额并开拓新的市场。行业内采取差异化战略和差异化集中战略,从战略思维、服务质量等方面拉开与同行竞争者的差距。在企业内部通过人力资源部门、营销部门、数据部门等各个职能部门的改革,使其能够知足实现公司的战略目的的需要,具体表
3、现出出各部门的战略性。最后,为了使战略方案能够顺利施行,需要采取一系列的保障措施,详细具体表现出在组织架构的优化、业务流程的优化、品牌意识的提高和品牌形象的建设、企业文化的科学化构建等几个方面,最终实现 YNT 公司的长远发展。 本文关键词语: B2I2C 商业形式,发展战略,竞争优势 。 Abstract In recent years, with the advancement of technology and economic development,many new business models have emerged, and the production and operat

In order to solve the problems of theYNT company is facing, this paper induces alternative strategy through SWOT analysis,at the same time, on the basis of clear vision YNT company, to develop a short-term,medium-term and long-term
8、 strategic target, finally it is concluded that YNT companyshould adopt the strategy of mainly SO combination, take the market penetration andmarket development strategy, Continue to increase market share and explore newmarkets. The industry adopts differentiation strategy and differentiation focus
