1、润网科技公司发展战略研究,mba企业管理论文摘 要 当下,快速发展的数字化技术,使网络虚拟世界和物理现实世界严密交融,给人们的生产生活带来宏大变化。截至2020年3月,我们国家互联网普及率为64.5%,覆盖人口达9.04亿。但随着普及率的提高,人口流量红利逐步减少,企业竞争逐步从争取新用户过渡到运营老用户。积分作为提升顾客终身价值的主要手段,越来越遭到企业重视。一方面,传统企业纷纷进行数字化转型,开场加强本身的积分网络渠道建设,另一方面,电商头部企业也通过发行积分或类似形式来留存会员,使积分市场迅速增大。但积分价值感弱、来源渠道散乱、难于兑换心仪商品等消费者固有观念却不是短期能够改变,市场仍处
2、在早期发展阶段。润网科技公司下面简称“润网 成立于2021年,经营上以润网顾客忠实度计划为基础,向市场提供积分服务,缺乏长期发展战略给公司发展带来了很多困扰,因而急需研究施行发展战略,以获得快速、健康、持续发展。 本文研究目的是制定润网的发展战略。在战略管理相关理论的指导下,首先,分析其外部环境,包括宏观环境分析采用PEST工具、行业环境分析采用五力模型,并借助EFE矩阵对分析出的因素进行总结与评价,得出主要面临的5大时机和6大威胁,时机大于威胁;其次,分析其内部环境,结合公司实际情况,对资源、能力和核心竞争力三方面进行了归纳。并借助IFE矩阵对公司分析出的因素进行总结与评价,得出内部主要拥有
3、5大优势和5大劣势,优势强于劣势。最后,结合公司的愿景、责任和目的,借助SWOT矩阵和QSPM矩阵对公司发展战略进行了制定与决策,得出最佳发展战略是加强型战略,其主要内容为:聚焦通用积分服务、塑造品牌、丰富营销传播渠道、以数据智能驱动业务发展。最后,为战略的施行制定了施行计划,并给出保障措施。 希望能够通过本论文的研究,为润网科技公司明确发展战略提供有效支撑。为同类公司提供一些经历体验借鉴,减少将来不确定性的风险。 本文关键词语 : 润网科技,积分,战略管理,SWOT。 Abstract At present, with the rapid development of digital tec
