2、give thanks through the process of helping others.There is no need to get praise.3 To do something anonymously(匿名地) really shows we dont need return for helping others,and that in the long run it will come back to us in one way or another.Society benefits.If we help someone then society as a whole b
3、enefits.4 Thus the“pay it forward”process of helping others grows exponentially(呈指数地) until everyone in a society and even the world is helped in one way or another.Kindness is never forgotten.Not long ago a farmer was not able to pay his property taxes.Then he was taken to court and he thought he w
4、as going to lose the farm.But at the last minute a good friend who the farmer helped through hard times paid the debt.5 . Thus giving is a wise and wonderful thing to do.May we all be blessed with the spirit of giving.AGiving is a way of being thankful.BGiving makes us feel much better.CThese questi
5、ons are common nowadays.DThen how on earth can we solve such problems?EThere are wonderful people wanting no credit for helping others.FIf a person helps others,the process is sped up multiple times.GGood deeds are remembered and come in handy when we need help.2.Although problems are a part of our
6、lives,it certainly doesnt mean that we let them rule our lives forever.One day or another,youll have to stand up and say,“Problems,I dont want you in my life.”1 Problems with friends,parents,girlfriends,husbands,and childrenthe list goes on.Apart from these,the inner conflicts within ourselves work,
7、too.These keep adding to our problems.Problems come in different shapes and colors and feelings.But good news is that all problems can be dealt with.Now read on to know how to solve your problems.Talk.It really helps.What most of us think is that our problems can be understood only by us and that no
8、 talking is going to help.2 Talking helps you move on and let go.Write down your problems.3 When you write down your problems,you are setting free all the tension from your system.You can try throwing away the paper on which you wrote your problems.By doing this,imagine yourself throwing away the pr
9、oblems from your life.Dont lose faith and hope.No matter what you lose in life,dont lose faith and hope.Even if you lose all your money,family.you should still have faith.4 .Your problems arent the worst.No matter what problems you get in life,therere another one million people whose problems are hu
10、ger than yours.5 Your problems might just seem bigger and worse,but in reality they can be removed.Go about and solve your problems because every problem,however big or small,always has a way out.ATell yourself:When they can deal with them,why cant I?BWith faith and hope,you can rebuild everything t
11、hat you lose.COf course,weve been fighting troubles ever since we were born.DWe can often overcome the problem and achieve the goal by making a direct attack.EHaving a personal diary can also be of huge help if you dont want a real person to talk with.FWhen we have a problem,a pressing,critical,urge
12、nt,lifethreatening problem,how do we try and solve it?GBut the truth is that when you talk about it,youre setting free the negative energies that have been gathering within you.3. Over time,habits of negative thinking about ourselves can lower selfesteem(自尊)So if you want to feel better about yourse
13、lf,try some of these things:1 Are you so used to focusing on your problems that theyre all you see? Next time you find yourself trapped in problems or disappointment with yourself or your day,find something positive to deal with it.Each day,write down three good things about yourself,or three things
14、 that went smoothly that day because of your action or effort.Aim for effort rather than perfection.Some people get held back by their own pressure to be perfect.They lose out because they dont try.Usually,you may think,“I wont audition(试镜) for the play because I probably wont get the lead.”2 .Remin
15、d yourself that everyone is good at different things.3 Thinking more like this: “Shes a great basketball playerbut the truth is,Im a better musician than athlete.Still,Ill keep playing because I enjoy it.” It helps you accept yourself and make the best of the situation.4 Dont be afraid to voice them

21、ck.In this case,your blood sugar will be steady.3 .Laugh as you like.4 Many studies show that laughter boosts our energy,decreases stress hormones,improves immunity and lessens pains.Try to find humor in life and engage in activities that make you laugh.Dont feel guilty about doing what you love.It
