There had to be a better way to ease his concern that Santa might pass him by.Connor and his older sister, Kyra, brought the answ

5、er back from preschool a week before Christmas. One of their teachers sent them home with small plastic bags of magic reindeer food and instructions for “The Reindeer Dance.” According to the handout, the dance was to be performed on Christmas Eve right before bedtime. Not only would my niece and nephew be taking care of the reindeers needs, but they would go to bed confident that Santa would visit while they slept. The kids gripped their little bags of reindeer food in their bare hands.“Where do you think the reindeer will land?” I asked.Connor shuffled through the snow that had fallen tha

9、t afternoon. “Right here.” He stopped at the end of the walkway.Kyra joined him, and they turned to their mother.
