It often involves the creation and sharing of content( writing, pictures and videos) that people make themselves, mostly through th
2、e Internet. 1 The first type involves people getting together to work on a project, for example, Wikipedia. Blogs and microblogs (such as Twitter) are another type of social media. There are other websites like YouTube that allow people to share content such as pictures, articles or videos. 2 These
3、sites allow people to stay in touch with friends, make new ones and join communities. Facebook is an example of this type. Many people like to play games on the Internet and, yes, there are social media games as well. These games allow gamers to interact with each other and play with or against othe
4、r gamers. The popular game World of Warcraft is a good example. The final type of social media is websites like Second Life, where people can picture they are in the real world. 3 Social media are different from traditional media. With social media, many individual people in different places create

Another difference is that people who produce content in social media dont need very special skills. 4 It takes only a few minutes to write a twitter post, for example. 5 But whatever you might think, social media is here to stay.A. And social media can be produced much faster. B. In genera

Social media are one of the fastest-growing industries in todays world.(B)Travelling with friends can be an absolutely amazing experience where you could make lifelong memories or it could end up ruining your friendship. 1 Here are some rules you should follow to make sure your next
8、trip with friends goes as smoothly as possible. 2 Sure,you and your friends probably have some similar interests,but thats not always the case. In an effort to keep everyone happy,go over travel plans and expectations ahead of time. Have each person categorize activities or sights into“mustsee”“want
9、 to see”and“would go if we have time”. Plan accordingly and make sure everyone can see some of their top attractions.Communicate and respect each other. Everyone has personal preferences when travellingfrom getting the bed closest to the bathroom or sitting in the airplanes window seat. But sometime
10、s things dont go as you like. In this case,share your requirements directly with your travel companions. 3 Have a conversation when problems arise,for communication is the key.Dont disappear. When travelling with a groupor even just one other personyou may want some alone time. Thats completely fine
11、,but make sure your friends know where you are and have a way of contacting you. 4 Get off your phone. Of course,your friends will understand if you need to take a call from a family member,or in the event of a work emergency,but other than that,try to stay off your phone. 5 After all,the appeal of
12、this type of trip is to spend time with friends. Just enjoy it!A. Give each other some space.B. Include at least one activity for everyone.C. And remember that consideration and respect go a long way.D. At the same time,listen to their concerns and be respectful of them.E. Dont respond to non-urgent
