3、s ventures,andmeeting the varied and interesting circle of entrepreneurs.Mymother as also involved in business as an accountant,helpinghim ith simple calculations.And so it as early in my life thatI hoped I,also,ould someday be able to enter the realm ofbusiness.With the time of groing up,I preferre

4、d reading booksto satisfy my curiosity.I never ceased to contemplate over thequestions I encountered.Subjects on business and managementbecame a special fascination to me and my knoledge of psychologyas ell as interest in this field as increasing rapidly.As a highschool student in China,I had to con

5、centrate on the CollegeEntrance Examination,even so,books not related to the examsere never excluded from my life.Unfortunately hen sitting inthe exam in June,2001,I as so nervous that I didn t score ellin the CEE exam.I enrolled in the department of ComputerScience in Zhejiang College of Traditiona

6、l Chinese Medicine.Any attempt to persuade myself to focus on my major turned outto be a failure at the beginning of my college life.Afterseveral terms,I realized that I ould never be interested inbeing a programmer or an engineer.At that moment,I lost mydirection and objectives.My persistence in re

7、ading saved mefrom the dark situation.As a matter of fact,I enjoyed readingthe books included Encyclopedia American,and some books aboutmanagement by Peter F.Drucker.I began to notice somethinginteresting:Why some panies can produce more than others?Whysome pany can sell morethan others?Why somepani

8、es can buildup but others cannot hen facing the same difficulties?With thequestions in my mind,I started to read many relevant books.I as lucky to read the book Jack:Straight from the Gut by JackWelch,in Which John A.Byrne makes a clear illustration thatthe management is important for a pany.When I

9、as a junior,Iran a bookshop by myself near my school.I should manage notonly the finance in the shop but also the employees in my shopeven made some strategies to enlarge the business in my shopto hold on the run the shop.From this,my interpersonal skillsand the capacity in business has been greatly

10、 developed,definitely I as increasingly interested in hat I as doing.ByDecember,2003,I had finally determined to take businessmanagement as my career instead of IT.To accumulate morerelevant knoledge,I strived to gain more practical orkexperience in some big panies.Fortunately,as a senior,I beganby

11、conducting an internship in the Architecture Company inZhejiang Province.Over six months,I orked as an assistant ofthe manager to harmonize the relationship beteen the differentdepartments in this pany and to draft some management system,hich broadened my perspective of management conditions andbusi
