2、y fulfill their aspirations to realize life values.The legal profession,Ireckon,is the ideal career in line with all my life pursuit.Currently,with myundergraduate study approaching the end,I would like to apply for further study inyour.program to enrich my knowledge base and build up my critical th

3、inking skillsto prepare myself to launch a successful legal career.My undergraduate study in Minzu University of China has proved to be fruitful andcolorful.As a self-motivated student,I have spared no pains to equip myself withspecialist knowledge and practical skills.Thanks to my unremitting effor

4、ts,I havebuilt a firm academic grounding about jurisprudence,criminal law,civil law,commercial law and etc,and scored an exemplary average score of%,ranking methe first in the whole grade comprised of about 100 students.Moreover,byfrequently attending the moot courts and drafting a range of legal do

5、cuments,Isignificantly harnessed my verbal and writing skills,and gradually sharpened myinsight into Chinas judicial system.Furthermore,I have double majored in English,and thereby greatly improved my English proficiency,which enabled me toeffectively acquire the knowledge pertaining to internationa

6、l economic law,international law,international private law,and so forth,and thereby consolidatedmy resolution to pursue further study in a programme which is delivered in English.Besides my endeavors to solidify academic knowledge,I have thrown myself into astream of research projects.Among those ex

7、amples I could cite would be myexperience in carrying out the national-level undergraduate innovation trainingprogramme titled Fire Protection Regulations of Villages of the Miao Nationality-aCase Study about Xijiang Village Leishan County Guizhou Province.Starting fromconducting investigations and

8、interviewing residents in that village,our teamcollected plentiful data,and studied the pros and cons of current regulations.Afterconsulting professional literatures and seeking advices from scholars&experts,weproposed our suggestions about improving current regulations to better protectvillagers li

9、ves and properties.In recognition of the practical value of our research,our project was awarded as the Excellent Project,and our research paper will soonbe published in the 2nd Issue of Journal of Original Ecological National Culture.Byundertaking those researches,for one thing,I have largely broad

10、ened my intellectualhorizon;for another,I enhanced my skills in data collection,analysis and2interpretation of results to conduct productive researches,which,in my opinion,willpave the way for my following postgraduate study.With a view to gaining valuable job skills,I once served as an assistant in

11、 the LegalService Center of university,and assisted to provide voluntary legal aid to socialvulnerable groups covering the issues like questions answering,legal instrumentswriting,lawsuits agency,and etc.More than that,I have managed to work inLiangshan Intermediate Peoples Court.During the process,

12、I involved myself in legalinstruments management,court records keeping and execution of cases.By doing so,I got a glimpse of the overall process in handling Chinas legal disputes fromorganization appellate records to initiate prosecutions,and through to the executionof cases.Valuable practical exper

13、iences not only enhanced my logical&analyticalthinking skills,but granted me personal experience about tackling economic and civildisputes.More importantly,I was allowed to closely contact with high-caliber legalprofessionals,and their impressive professionalism,enthusiasm and dedicationmoved me dee
