10、sforcoalproduction,institutionalizati onaona装饰公司装饰公司施工施工工长管理工长管理制度制度一、施工工长直接对公司负责，对客户负责,听从公司安排及传达公司的各项规章制度，协调公司、施工人员和客户的关系，做到尽力尽责。二、公司安排工程给工长，严禁推脱，如无特殊原因推脱处以 1000-2000 元处罚。三、施工材料由公司统一配送管理,施工材料每次进场应及时通知客户进行材料验收，严禁私自进料；严禁施工中偷工减料，使用假材料，或使用公司规定外材料（未经公司批准）如发现视情节轻重处以 1000 元以上罚款。四、对公司各项管理制度及公司施工工艺应熟记.对施工工序

11、及工程工期安排合理。五、在工人使用安排上应慎重，杜绝盲目及野蛮施工，如因材料使用不当;伪劣工程所造成的停工、无条件返工，后果自负。因施工质量不达标更换工人两次以上罚 500 元。六、对公司标识、现场管理单、半成品保护及时到位。七、对公司制定的各项单据应及时填写，需要公司人员配合的及时通知公司.对公司交给施工队的每项单据、图纸及报价保存完好，工程完工后一并交还公司备案。如有缺少处以2001000 元处罚。ndoveralllndoverallleadereadershishipresponsibilityforpresponsibilityfor safety.Admisafety.Admini

21、慢，造成工程延期罚 1000 元。注：以上条例如有违犯，损坏公司名誉（视情节严重）,造成客户信任度降低,向公司及其他方投诉的，处以 20005000 元罚款。造成严重后果的,公司对其重罚并辞退处理.此条例自下发之日开始生效并实施。装饰公司监理工作制度1、设计交底及图纸会审制度监理工程师应于开工前协助建设单位组织设计、施工单位进行图纸会审。图纸会审应以会议形式进行，设计单位就施工图纸设计文件向施工单位和监理单位做出详细说明,使施工单位和监理单位了解工程特点和设计意图。之后通过各相关单位多方研究，找出图纸存在的问题及需要解决的技术难题，并制定解决方案。施工单位应根据讨论决定的事项整理会议纪要，与会

32、工方案以及施工进度计划、人员及机械设备配置、材料准备情况等，报送监理工程师审查。若审查合格,则由总监理工程师批复准予施工。否则,施工单位应进一步做好施工准备，待条件具备时，再次填报开工申请。4、工程材料构配件质量检验制度凡运到施工现场的原材料、半成品或构配件，进场前应向项目监理机构提交工程材料/构配件/设备报审表，同时附有产品出厂合格证及技术说明书、由施工单位按规定要求进行检验的试验报告，经监理工程师审查并确认其质量合格后，方准进场。凡是没有产品出厂合格证明及检验不合格者，不得进场，不得在工程中使用。如果监理工程师认为施工单位提交的有关证明文件仍不足以说明到场产品的质量符合要求时,监理工程师可

43、工程检查记录）上签字确认，准予施工单位隐蔽、覆盖,施工单位方可时入下一道工序施工。4、对于检验批、分部、分项工程，施工单位也应首先进行自检,填写相应质量验收记录表，确认工程质量符合要求，然后向监理工程师提交报验申请表附上自检的相关资料，经监理工程师现场检查及对相关资料审核后，符合要求予以签认验收，反之,则指令施工单位进行整改或返工处理。上道工序未经确认合格，不得进行下道工序施工6、设计变更处理制度工程施工过程中，无论建设单位或者施工单位提出的工程变更或图纸修改，都应通过总监理工程师审查，经由总监理工程师与设计、建设、施工单位研究并作出变更的决定后，签发工程变更单，并附有设计单位提出的变更设计图
