6、课程内容概要Course DescriptionThis course provides an introduction to financial research at master students/ level by incorporating the theory, the methods, and the concerns of corporate finance. The concepts developed in this course form the foundation for all elective finance courses. This course is a g

7、ood preparation for CFA Level I and II tests. The presentation will start on the 3rd week on Tue 25th Sep. We have 1

16、4 weeks for presentations./ Each week, two students (student A and student B) will give presentations on one topic chosen from the above. Each student gives the presentation between 15-18 minutes (if less than 15 minutes, only get 80/100)./ No read the manuscript or PPT (this will get only 70/100)/

17、The student representative 课代表 will appoint 5 students as the judge. The 5 judges will mark these two students, one with 85/100 and the other with 90/100. One judge will keep the time.C. Final Exam (40%)AttendanceAttendance is compulsory. Attendance rate will be checked frequently.AppealsThe only grounds for a formal appeal are (i) information relevant to the assessment has not been disclosed to the Exam Board for good reason or (ii) alleged in egular procedure or improper conduct of assessment.
