10、内容必须符合段落主题，相同句式的并段落的主题在第一句话里就明确地告诉你，是“放松很重要”，其实对应的C选项就已经可以选出来了，因为这是唯一 与“放松”有关的选项。另外，空格前面的句子内容是“放松 的好处”，使用的句式是“It helps，C选项同样是“放 松的好处”，句式是“It also helps，与前一句完全相 同，also的并列关系从内容上和形式上都是可以成立的。未选择的选项 A、EA选项的性质是个总括句，讲述fitness对生活质量的决 定性作用，那么后面必然要涉及“fitness如何决定生活质量” 的具体细节，在文章里完全没有类似的内容出现。E选项的是个条件句，一般用来描述某些具体

11、情况或给出 实际事例，句子里提到的“enjoy life享受生活”指的是“更 开心、更愉悦、更能找到生活的乐趣”，同样在文章里没有类 似的内容。全文翻译Health and fitness help a person live a good and healthy life.
