11、nce with the relevant provisions of the State.4、甲方负责对乙方进行政治思想、职业道德、业务技术、劳动安全卫生及有关规章制度的告知、教育和培训。Party A is responsible to provide political ideology,professional ethics,business technology,labor safety and hygiene,and related rules,education and trainingfor Party B.四、劳动报酬四、劳动报酬 Labor remuneration Lab
12、or remuneration根据“按劳分配”原则,实行同工同酬,乙方的报酬不得低于当地最低工资标准。具体薪酬标准、支付方式以及支付时间按公司制定的薪酬管理制度执行。According to the principleof distribution,and equal pay for equal work,remuneration of Party B shall not be lowerthan the local minimum wage standard.Specific compensation standards,payment,and timeis set by the“the s
13、ystem of compensation management”by the company五、社会保险五、社会保险 Social Insurance Social Insurance甲方应按照国家有关社会保险的法律、法规和政策为乙方缴纳基本养老、基本医疗、失业、工伤、生育保险费用;社会保险费个人缴纳部分,甲方从乙方工资中代扣代缴。In accordance withnational laws,regulations andpolicies relating to socialinsurance,Party A shall paythe basic pension,basic medical

17、劳动合同的变更 The change of labor contract The change of labor contract订立本合同所依据的客观情况发生重大变化,致使本合同无法继续履行的,经双方协商同意,予以变更劳动合同相关内容。If the objective situation this contract based on,changessignificantly,to result the contract unable to perform,by mutual consent,relatedcontent in labor contracts shall be changed.
18、八、劳动合同的解除八、劳动合同的解除 The remove of labor contractThe remove of labor contract(一)双方协商一致,劳动合同可以解除。The two party may terminate the labor contractwith mutual agreement.(二)乙方有下列情形之一的,甲方可以即行解除劳动合同:Of any of the followingcircumstances,party A may immediately terminate the labor contract.1、在试用期内被证明不符合录用条件的;Be
19、en proven not to meet the conditions ofemployment during the trial period.2、采取欺诈手段订立本合同的;Adopted fraudulent means to enter into this contract.3、严重违反劳动纪律或规章制度给甲方造成重大损害的;Seriously violated labordiscipline or regulations to cause significant harm to the Party A.4、严重失职、营私舞弊,或泄露甲方商业秘密,给甲方利益造成重大损失的;Gross
20、negligence,malpractice,or disclosure of trade secrets Party A,to cause heavy losses to theinterests of the Party A.5、乙方同时与其他用人单位建立劳动关系,对完成本单位的工作任务造成严重影响,或者经用人单位提出,拒不改正的;Party A built labor relationships with other unit,to causea serious impact on the completion of the tasks of the unit,or refused to

22、borcontract ahead of 30 days.1、乙方不能胜任工作,经培训或调整工作岗位仍不能胜任工作的;Party B is not competentfor work,after training or adjustment of jobs.2、乙方患病或者非因工负伤,医疗期满后,不能从事原工作,也不能从事甲方另行安排工作的;Party B was ill or injured due to non-work relation,after completion of medical,Part A is not competent for his original work,or
